hi guys .. this is Madie .. I have been experiencing wake Lock I could guess .. as there is a problem with Charging ..
whenever I connect my phone to Charger or USB cable it gets HOTTER nd charges very very slow .. I tried to find solution .. but nothing solves this .. then I tried DEVELOPERS option "STAY AWAKE" from developers option .. it solves the issue .. as my phone charges normally with stay awake .. means charging normally when screen remains ON .. nd gets hotter whenever I turned the LCD off .. I tried to lock my phone after connecting charger to check whether it is charging .. it again gets hotter .. so for my phone to charge normally its LCD must be ON .. the DEV option ( STAY AWAKE) ..
now I am asking DEVs to respond to my query and explain me whats going on .. nd how to get rid of this issue ..

yesterday when i tried to recharge my phone at usb , it was acting like the pc usb were broken .. and the phone was not recharging nor able to use as storage mode .. i tried then at my wall charger and same .. then my battery drained till 0% and phone shutted down. i kept the phone plugged in and still cant power on .. after 5-6 hours the phone suddenly powered on and battery was 10% but still cant charge it and drained and powered off. now is powered off and cant start it . is this bricked ? :| is my phone real dead ? imma die if so -.-

NO! Your phone is not bricked but there must be an issue with the micro usb port on your phone.
Possible solution:
-Try to clean the micro usb port on your phone with a brush

It seems that if im trying to run in download mode while plugged in , it says cant download , low battery.. i think is the battery.. not sure..
now when im pluggin in the phone , it cant stay shutted down . its booting , everything is ok but is still discharging . i dont know how he managed to gain 15% battery life . if i unplug it the screen turns black and it seems is shutting down.. i have rr 2.6.1 , but i used it like 1 month .. its so annoyng , i cleaned the usb but nothing happens...

recenlty I am having real troubles with my S2 device , the device self turns off so frequently now , while in camera, gallery , setting , in apps .. the battery meter shows that the batters is more 60% ,,, the weird thing is that when I try to turn it on immediately I get the that battery is 1% ... and the more time I wait , the battery index shows more battery when I try to turn it on , but in most cases it doesn't succeed to turn on if I dont get a charger while turning on ...
I dont know if it is related but I get too frequent "network not availavbele" problems frequently too , and before the device shuts down ( he makes 2-3 seconds of screen blinking and then dies ... ) my network is always not connected ...
I b een suffering a lot , and already ordered a new battery for the device ,,, do you think it is a battery problem or a hardware problem inside or ?....

Yes, can be a battery problem. But it's almost sure your problem is the ROM and Kernel. Did you change them from the original one, that came with the device?
I have these problems, let me explain:
* the network not available happens with me while I turn on the device when it was charging for a "long time" and didn't disconnect it from the charger. (for long time, let's say 10 minutes, for example). In this cases, I disconnect it from the charger and turn it on normally;
* the other problems, turning off without notice also happened to me, and it was the battery. I changed it, and now it doesn't happen any more.
No the kernel and the rom are not the original ones ... ,I change them very frequently ...but changed couple of times and got same problem ... ( not sure that I changed the kernel but did change the ROM )

I have a problem with my s3 .. when I intsall a rom 4.3 or 4.4.2 the charging is very slow or not charge .. I tried many roms and many chargers and the same problem .. just if I pot my phone on power saving mode and dont use it .. wil charge some what faster but stays slower than before !! Any help please ?

Well you said that after you install a rom 4.3 or 4.2 that the charging problem comes up, why don't you just degrade your cellphone. It seems that the problem is the rom itself. well anyways if you want to degrade here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/general/restore-to-stock-rom-galaxy-s3-i9300-t2187081 and try another rom again which is almost perfect not full of bugs or errors.
Yes . I tried many chargers .. and I'm in the android revolution the most syable rom 4.3 and bofella kernal .. and still the problem .. it is the kernal or the modem or what ?? I dont know where is the problem .. the power saving mode always on to charge just a little .. the charging is so slow and when the charger is blug in it decreases :/

Here's my experience..
Try installing boeffla kernel and activate "ignore unstable voltage/power". [REMEMBER IT IS ONLY FOR CM ROM!]
I have the same problem too previously. My phone charges very slowly. It's like 50% for 8 hours or more..
I went to samsung service centre and they diagnosed that my motherboard need to be replaced because of some power management failure..
I declined the fix (obviously, it is so god damn expensive!) and tried installing boeffla kernel and then my phone charges normally now.
Hope that my method helps.
You could also troubleshoot using another methods..
1. Use a different charger (The line and the power socket charger). See if it improves your charge
2. Tried charging on factory-resetted rom. It might be some application that causes your phone to charge slowly
3. Use a different battery and charge (if possible)
4. Final method: Send to samsung service center and let them diagnose for you.. Might be some hardware failure.

this problem is occurring from last 8-10 days !
laptop / pc not detecting RN3 even if USB debugging is on
I tried to solve this issue by changing cable , changing ROMS (I tried 5-6 roms )...
but every time I got same result , Device Not detected !
also during night battery level drops about 15-17 % !!!
charging also takes time...
sometimes it gets stuck on some number...
for example , 69 and after 5-10 mins it jumps to 73-74 :silly:
is there any need to change usb port ?
can anyone tell me exact problem and soln also for that also..

Hello everyone .. last night i was charging my phone normally .. i plug out the charger in wrong way ..well the charger has been domaged while the phone was plugged into it ,,i was thoughtful that the phone working perfectly normal so at the morning i have buy new charger from the store .. the phone charge normally but i noticed the symbole of charging is still exists after removing usb charger!!!
Then I knew that the phone was defective and had the following symptoms :
The phone turn on automatically just when i put the battery (charging mode disappear) n came back when i plug the charger again ..in other way when i want to get back to normal battery signal then i should remove the battery ..
This problem is rare i guess may i have your help guys please i want reasons for this problem
