Why do we still have 8MP Camera instead of 13 MP? Please change the relevant files if you have them from the stock rom.

Nope, thats a camera application problem. If you install LENOVO Camera or any 13MP camera, you should be getting 13MP camera.
Or, if u want, u can see that info on ANTUTU Details.
I can keep that app preinstalled in this ROM. But, I dont want to add any extra stuff in this ROM. I just want PURE AOSP, other mods are left to users choice.
Or, if anyone want to create new ROM, this can act as Base.

Hi Srihari,
Can u plz make convert my boot.img to this ROM. Please find attached. i have flashed your ROM but touch screen was not working. I had same issue when i flashed S4UI then ROM developer edited my boot.img according to S4UI ROM.
Also can u help how to get it done universal boot.img for all other future custom ROM's (If any link available in XDA step by step or you can help)

I tried putting lewa os and xperia c ported to celkon a119q by using dsixda kitchen. Extracted boot.img. replaced ramdisk with that of ported and kept zimage of stock. Rest I followed the tuts for porting available on xda.
Everything worked fine except camera which gave dark images.
So basically, I need help to port it to Celkon a118.
I'm a doctor so don't have much coding knowledge.

Even for me, other developer already had 4.2.2 Kernel and so, I used it. But the main thing is, I think, you can directly use S4UI ROM Kerenl. That is also based on 4.2.2 Try it once and let me know.

For camera you need to replace LIBCAMERACUSTOM.so lib from stock. As of I know, And, Replacing ramdisk would be ok for kernel side.

I did copied relevant .so files from the lib folder in stock to to-be ported rom.
So should I try porting this asop to celkon a118? Also can I use the ramdisk/kernel of thus asop rom for a118?

It looks like A118 also uses MTK 6589 with 720P screen resolution. So, I think, this can easily ported to A118 aswell.. Give a try from your side and let me know the result. I ll try to help you to make this work. Dont forget to CWM backup before you flash.

Yes, As said before, Porting to other devices might crash mounting. But, you can fix it in Vold.fstab, Vold.fstab.nand and vold2.fstab files. Attached are mine (just to give u reference)..
I would love to see more developers coming up and create their own roms as per their wish/interest... Thats the reason, I gave purse AOSP experience... Good Luck for All

You mean copy or port!? The camera works with ported ROM camera apk but it doesn't work with my stock ROM camera APK.
Ps: I tried pasting camera.custom in /system/lib and camera.default.so too.

if it doesnt work, then it is maybe because of your ported rom does not support 13mp camera

Nice UI as before dev, still have things that needs to be fixed
somethings not working :
1) Settings showing wrong RAM & Memory information.
2) message settings force closure.
3) proximity sensor not working while attending call by default.

message settings FC because of dual sim. if only 1sim inserted, you can access message settings
Yeah I tried it too. tried replacing it with samflare mms works fine.
I think Mms for Vacs needs to be recompiled including option for dual sim. But haven't done that before will try.

tried your metall.. mms.apk ......its working...
can u pls make a patch to make the fonts as like in note 3 rom....in this rom the fonts is too large.
the lockscreen is good but if u make a patch of lockscreen exactly like in note 3 it would be better becoz life companion is not replacing by any other names..

Unfortunately NO! I have tried porting those but ended in softbrick! I am going to release a more recent version of miui....

So do I Slow down my friend! I am trying hard to find a good kitkat ROM, but nothing available... Everything is buggy or leading to soft brick..... Q1.How to enable ROOT ?
Ans. SuperUser app has been included for controlling the root permissions.
Q2. Mobile Data ( 3G OR 2G) not working what to do ?
Ans. Just disable your mobile data first from the settings , then restart your phone , after restarting check your apn settings and complete them , then enable mobile data and it will start working.
Q3. Xposed does not works on the ROM.
Ans. MIUI does not supports Xposed instead of that you can use WSM Tools.
By using WSM Tools you can use the Xposed modules which are supported by WSM Tools.
Q4. Unable to download apps from the Play Store and large files when using mobile data ?
Ans.First open the Downloads app present on the home screen, go into its settings.
Change the download limit to unlimited and also disable Xunlie Download Engine . Now try downloading apps from the play store it should work and also you will be able to download large files.
Q5. How to move apps to SD-Card ?
Ans. Moving apps to sd does not works on MIUI.
Q6. How to Turn ON flash light from Lock Screen ?
Ans.The lock screen on the MIUI v6 or v5 had a few extra functions than the standard unlocking and shortcuts. One of them is turning flashlight On directly from the lock screen. For that, while the screen is active but locked, you just need to long press the home button and the torch / flashlight turns on. It would not turn off until you prompt it although the screen would go blank in a few seconds.
Q7.How to Change the look of Multitasking / Recent Menu ?
Ans.By default, when you press the Recent key (the left bottom one), the recent apps show up, and it is just the App icon that is seen. But, you can make it look like the iOS multitasking screen where large thumbnails are shown, with the preview of what is going on in the app. You can change that by “pinching out on the empty area in the multitasking screen”. Pinching in / out is what changes the look, basically.
Q8.How to Enable or Change Notification Light Color ?
Ans.There is an option that allows you to change the change the notification light as well as turn it off completely. To do that you have to go to Additional Settings section, and tap on notification light. There you would find four option, first would allow you to switch ON or OFF the Pulse Notification light while other options allow you to change colors for notifications, calls, as well as messages. You can choose only 2 colors ( GREEN OR RED ), which will appear in the LED present just below the home button.
Q9.Facebook Messenger pop-up head does not appears , what to do ?
Ans.Go to Security icon on the homscreen > Permissions > Again Permissions > Open Messenger > Enable Display pop-up window.
You can follow the same method for other apps as well which have the feature of pop-up head notification.

I have not tested it much but backup will be good and one hand mode is working:victory:

As this is the latest version i think there should be some performance increment,
as MIUI ROMs are quite heavy, they need much more RAM and Storage to operate.
the only thing i want to ask is that, Is there any camera improvement in this ROM? because the V5 has good camera but when I used V6 by Junaid Butt the camera experience was very worst compared to V5.
Hope U have did your best and as this is a beta version there will be patches in future to make ROM better than best.

Performance has improved from the previous versions.
Camera remains a little downside of the rom because of the kitkat kernel.
Let me correct you my friend that Junaid is no developer , he has just posted the work Lino for MyPhone A919i.
He is just a noob , he copied some elements and lines from my original MIUI thread.
I dont understand that why is he posting the rom without permission of the developer , if the dev wants he can post it by himself.
I will report against his thread.

Working great bro but the brightness needs to be increased to highest.. Boot animation shows constant white symbol it doesn't convert to orange..and in notification drawer it shows no service in place of name of netwrk operator..rest is awesome.. Keep it up..and camera isn't much clear..:thumbup::thumbup:

Boot Animation is changed by MIUI Team , so i wont change it.
Operator name is not being displayed and in place of that no service is being shown , i will fix it up soon :angel:
Try some games on it and post a review.
Bro system ui stopped sudddenly when I enter the file manager..and remains constantly.. And goes only after reboot..

Hi, is stock rom the rom that came with the phone when it was new ? The last stock rom for my gt-i9505 is
android v.5.0.1 LL, it was KK from the beginning.

sorry. I don't understand what you say exactly.
stock rom means samsung latest 4.4.2 kitkat rom released in your country.
GT-N7105's files depends on their country, carrier.
though GT-N7105 rom name is same, a few files different.
anyway your phone is i9505 gallaxy s4?

Yes, it is an i9505 galaxy s4, i bought it with android V.5.0.1 and that was an upgrade from KK 4.4.x i think...
I live in Sweden and has Telia as my carrier, but i do not know if it is an international version or an Nordic version.

Thank you for cooking us a new ROM to check out and hopefully enjoy.
I have an N7105 and I'm interested in testing this ROM. Is this the correct order of installation:
1. Install ROM
2. Install N7105 Addon
3. Install Modem + CSC from my service provider.
For example for me; I will Install the Telstra Modem + CSC files available in the Modem Thread here in this subsection.
4. Install latest AGni (Stock) Kernal.
I will most likely wait until the ROM is finished... For example like you suggested. Removing S-Finder and QConnect, that would be great.
Or if you can please make an AROMA Setup where we can choose for example:
- The Addons for which device we're using.
- 240 DPI or 320 DPI (this would be a great edition, but you have to fix phone, calculator, and a lot of samsung stock apps to 320dpi). Maybe make a note that says 240 DPI mode comes installed with Xposed Framework and App Settings to fix all necessary applications.
- Clean Dark Themed Framework + System UI (Black, White, Grey, and Red) vs Samsung Framework & System UI.
- No Mods vs Project Skynet Mod installed + terminal emulator

your install process is useful for N7105 users.
If you use your csc, only problem is airmessage(circle instant message).
we append some feature text to use airmessage in csc(others.xml or feature.xml)

4.4.4 based rom has some problems.
bluetooth/video call/volte etc.
so I used 4.4.2 kitkat. I am very curious about N7105 video call

Hi friend. First thanks for make nice rom for note 2. I already use ur rom since first you posting. Really smooth and no any lag..only battery time not so much good. I tried wadzard2.4, 2.6v.. 2.4v little bit ok than 2.6v. I didnt install any app..so whats good improve battery life?

I used widzard 2.4 version.
1.
find (system/app) but if remove qconnect, systemui is not pretty. so I will upload different systemui removed quick,sfinder)
2.
if don't use carrier related wifi service, also you can remove some apks. libs but It is not easy.
later, I will post, or support remove script.
3.
now cpu maxcore is 1600Mz. you can downsize 1600->1200Mz. it is useful. speed?(almost same. but battery time is good)
