[Q] MTK6589 Kernel clock speeds? - Micromax A116

Our phone Canvas HD has the MTK6589 chipset,which is identical to the MTK6589-T chipset on Canvas Turbo,which is 1.7Ghz.

I wanted to ask if there was any coder skilled enough to port the MTK6589-T kernels for Canvas HD with the clock settings up to 1.7GHz.
I found plenty of links with sources to MTK6589 and MTK6589T kernel sources,but dont know much about coding them. Some skilled developers did create an overclockable kernel for Canvas-2 Model

I think MT6589T, MT6589M source is same as MT6589. You can see codes for MT6589T here . I've changed return 3;
to
return 4;
Because I wanted a higher clock. But after doing all that my phone just lags. I'm not any specialist in kernel and I don't know C deeply. May be some skilled people can help us.
For GPU, the same method works for some. Check this

Yeah.I've been using the Kash kernel since v1.3 and have been regularly following its thread.

Why is 3 passed as a parameter here.
get_devinfo_with_index(3)
I Was on phone will check sources tomorrow....
Also if we can underclock, that is set the min CPU freq to some lower value would be great....
