Yes the battery is fully charged

can try and help but need a bit of info..
what did you do that may have caused a bootlooop?
you are booting the phone into download mode first right?
can you get to recovery?
stock or modified? what version?
do you have adb access while its stuck on the boot screen? (from pc may actually take a few minutes to show up)

Pull battery & SD card, boot into recovery, try factory reset or simply reboot prior to flashing stock. And give it a few.
What rom did you flash, etc? Details please.

Bricked i9777, white screen, what to do?

Hello folks! I achieved root on my unlocked AT&T sgs2 using DooMLoRD's method but it didn't have CWM on it so I tried using Mobile Odin to get CWM on it. Odin didn't recognize my device and I waited for the dumping process to complete but it was taking too long and so I tried using PC Odin to flash a CWM kernel but failed. Afterwards the device started showing red blue green dots on a black background and then on a white background. I can't boot into recovery or download mode and I guess I'm bricked. Any advice or suggestions?
Hey remember that time you posted in the wrong forums? It just happened. Considering this is the i777 forums.

How did you attempt to get cwm on? The only way you will have cwm on this phone is to flash a custom kernel.

try using a JIG it would help ur phone to get into download mode if its not bricked.or remove battery for few seconds and put it back with the usb connected to ur phone and pc and try the download mode combination(VOL UP+VOL DOWN+POWER) if it goes into download mode just check with creepyncrawly or entropy's guides to restore ur device

[Q] Too much rebooting time after factory reset

Hello all
I was doing factory reset on my Samsung Galaxy y duos GT-S6102 using ClockWorkMod recovery. For this I followed these steps. After it, on rebooting the system, it's taking too much time. It has already been upto 8-9 hours and still in process and it's being annoying now
Please tell me what's the general time it takes to reboot after formatting using ClockWorkMod recovery?
Sounds like you wiped your system partition, flash a new ROM or a backup

Thanks for the reply demkantor. Yes I wiped my systems partition. So what to do now to get my phone start? For flashing a new ROM it requires the phone to be switched on.

I am booting it into normal mode. Doesn't work
So you are saying you can not boot into recovery or bootloader no matter how hard you try? The only thing you can do is boot to os and it fails?
There is no way of getting into recovery mode or bootloader?

No, I am saying that I tried both recovery or bootloader mode, it fails. And even booting in normal mode fails. The only thing I am seeing for hours while booting is the black screen with my phone name.
Unfortunately if you can't get into bootloader and have no functioning os or recovery there is nothing to do but JTAG, unless you phone has a download mode function. I'm unfamiliar with your specific phone but many samsungs have a download mode, can you get into this.

Stuck on bootloop, anyone know what might be wrong?

Thought I had the problem solved but I'm still stuck on bootloop. I've tried several methods but no success. I was running Jellybomb version 2 with freeza's beastmode kernal and on mj4. I tried to do a restore with twrp and I guess the backup was bad and now I am stuck on bootloop. I have successful backups on my computer that do work, but how do I get it to my phone? I've tried a SD card but my phone wont read it, and since my phone just bootloops, I cant transfer the file through usb. Is there another way I can transfer the file to my internal memory? I've tried to odin back to stock mj4 but it still just bootloops and tried all other ways that I've found and no success..Someone please help, I'm out of ideas.
Try putting the file on the SD card then try to get into recovery by holding the volume down button and power at the same time... It might be the power up button, I don't have the phone yet so I don't remember exactly which button.

So I just tried that too..I literally tried TONS of different ways and no success. I've managed to recover a successful backup that I have done before..even that did not work..the furthest it gets is the lockscreen and then a message pops up and says program is not responding and then it goes into bootloop again. I'm all out of ideas guys. Here is what I've tried that did not work.
1. Restore nandroid to a successful backup.
2. Odin back to stock mj4
3. Odin to stock mi5, yes i got desperate
4. Re-downloading all files in case I had a bad download
I may have done other options, but I cant remember..been working on my phone for 12+ hours now.
Anyone else with a solution for me before I maybe take my phone back to sprint tomorrow?

Try this?
If using the latest twrp then try...
Odin twrp 2.6.3.2
Try again.

Have you tried un checking reboot/restart in Oden. When done flashing unpug phone pull battery, put battery back in going straight into download mode reflashing again with reboot checked.

Pull the battery to make sure phone is all the way off the reinstall the battery and go back in to download mode and try and reflash. I can't remember of you can go back to 4.2.2 but if so that should work
Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk
If you are on official 4.4.4 and trying to go back you can't you will brick you phone.... that is why most people only do modem not bootloader. .... you can't downgrade like the old days
Has happened to me in the past...Go to stock recovery and Factory reset and wipe cache..Reboot and it will go past it.
