At the very top of the log it says "adb not recognized" do you have adb on your system and directed to in the system variable?
but when i decompile market apk etc, it doesnt give me errors, only with stock apk.
i found this fix, but i didnt understand what to do.

Have you installed the framework.res? Some apk's depend on some of the information from it.

So, I have solved the problem by installing the framework, and I have no errors.
But now, I don't see my status bar and wallpapers, and it even don't say that SystemUI forced stop.

-increasing the heap size to 2048 mb (up to not the exact value)
-different apk multi tool manger
-re-installing java runtime and sdk .. any suggestions
