Looking for some suggestions for a quality/reliable app to change DPI. Free or Paid, doesn't matter. I'll happily pay for it IF it is tested and proven working and reliable on the Note 3. Also, what all DPI changes are safe and not send me into a bootloop?

I don't see the option to change DPI in Xposed or Wanam. Where is it located?

In xposed go under modules and download the module app settings. Activate it reboot and you can change individual apps DPI.

Thanks! Did that the other day. Apparently it isn't necessary for NBA Jam now, because works after today's update!

Yes I know xposed can do it. But it doesn't work properly. And I want it removed. Anyone have a flashable zip?
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2
Also nova launcher has it built in however doesn't fully disable it either. I don't want it in the status bar ever. And the multi mod app overrides themes. I just want a flash able zip for deodex anyone please

If you can provide a UI I may be able to.

That should have nothing to do with the ui. To test that just flash the fix one since its unmodified. If it still happens then its a ROM/app issue.

Okay yeah I flashed the ui fix and it works normal now. Weird.

It's hidden in the native messaging app, but I believe that you need to be rooted. Either the rom includes it, or you can set it in Wanam.
Messing app, open main screen, hit menu key, select advanced, far right tab select "More," under block labeled "Notification Settings," tick the box that is labeled "Screen On."

My bad. It's a hidden setting that either your rom cook enables, or you can set in Wanam.

Excuse my ignorance but what does that mean? Not sure if it matters but I'm not rooted.
I had the aNote on my Note 2 and miss it terribly! Can't seem to figure out the size issue...

Xposed framework is a great tool that let's you install modules to change almost anything you could imagine on your phone.
Unfortunately you have to be rooted to use it.
Hopefully that helps explain it for you but doesn't really help your original question.
Sorry.

I've recently switched to the Note 3 running 4.4.2 and tweaked some images to use as pulldown backgrounds.
Root and XPosed Installer are prerequisites and the XBlast Tools Module is what I used to make these work for me.
In XPosed installer, first download and install the XBlast Tools module. Reboot.
Once in XBlast, choose Notification Panel, flip Master Switch on, choose Notification Panel Background, then Notification background image. Finally navigate to where you saved the image to choose it and reboot.
Without further delay, here is a sample image. Pulldown images will be attached to this thread to download.
All images are designed to fit between the Notifications bar and the pulldown close bar. I may consider requests if time permits. Enjoy.
Remember to give thanks that answered your questions or helped. Thanks.

I'm running the Blu X theme on the Fre3 hybrid ROM at the moment. Some colors in this post were picked to match that setup. I'll research other themes later and try to get matching pulldown baclgrounds for those also.
