In galaxy pocket i cannot set a google account and cannot use any google servises apps lik maps. And playstore plz give me some solution. i have rooted phone. with wifi it is working great but with my data carrier it is not working help help plz help

Hey guys i have 1Mbps internet at my home, it's about 2 days that my gmail and translate app won't work when i using high speed wifi but working fine on 64kbps mobile data
Note: when i am using wifi and psiphon3 proxy these apps work as well
I am so confused someone help me
