This is a Q&A thread for OmniROM Unofficial Build for Xperia 2011.
Please submit bug reports (if you found) using dedictated XDA DevDB form (on top of thread).
Please post non-development post about this project here, not on DevDB OmniROM thread (it's for developers)
Thank you for taking the time to make this ROM! Does it include the latest LX and CM changes? I'm asking because I had problems with VIber on the latest LX build, but they seem to be fixed on the build that hasn't been released yet?
EDIT: when I click on the download I get only the coconut version? Do you have builds for other MDPI phones?
Well it's a little bit not actual as LX (I haven't got gerrit merge access to device tree), but the most of bugs was solved.

What about builds for devices other than coconut?
I posted build for Haida also. Other can be builded for demand.
Button backlight doesnt turn off when the device is locked
You need to disable it until it's fixed

Unfortunately nightlies aren't enabled yet although I have tried to contact omni devs a lot of times since July. Last answer was that they were going to be enabled soon but still nothing.
I'm sorry but I give up on this, L is so close and I don't have the time to work on these devices anymore, they probably can't handle L properly anyway.

I'm not sure I understood you correctly, you are stopping CM development for MDPI devices? Or you won't be developing android L for MDPI?
Well, if L will have higher minimum hw requirements then probably we will stop developing roms for xperia 2011 until google/CM/omni will end support for android KitKat.

Both. I have no free time to maintain & build for 11 devices, there are known bugs that can't/won't be solved so there is no point in continuing this.
There is almost no external development help, understandable because they are 3 year old devices now and all the known devs have moved to new phones.
Latest builds can be considered as 'stable'. I will continue supporting LX until cm11 development is stopped. At the moment I am left with no testing device, so no new builds.
I'm not even thinking about L on these devices. Let's wait a few months to see how heavy it is compared to kitkat and then we can re-examine.
@mikeioannina
Well, I still have neo v for main phone
The first OMNI nightly builds for SEMC 2011 was on OmniROM downloads now ! Check it out on dl.omnirom.org

I'm using 20142810 build,I have to flash supersu.zip to have root access, other than that, this rom is very smooth.
Thanks dev.
Using the 1028 nightly.
some graphical glitches on instagram
offline charging not working correctly.I think this commit can help somehow https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/c/9923/
Also tried OTA updating to 1029 nightly and it seems to work correctly(except the known kernel updating problem)
On build 1029 coconut backlight button always ON even if the screen is off, and can't find options to add quickpanel toggle, only enable - disabled there.

About backlight button, setting>advance. I'm on 1028 build and the setting>advance let me turn off the backlight button.
so will us sprint variants vet cm14 as well? What do you think
anyone??????
Yes, it most likely will. Still working through some issues but I would expect it at some point in the future.
You might get better exposure and more answers if this thread was in the Sprint Q&A section.
no idea but we have CypherOS which is pretty mush stable if your on sprint and has a few bugs if on Boost Mobile

i tried grabbing that here- http://get.cypheros.co -but the ls990 says--> No downloads available <--
The XDA page links there as well (it's incorrectly listed as the ls900)

luckily the mirror link works...

i'm going to try it out, thanks for mentioning it (odd that the downloads are so hard to come by though)
*** just an update ... tried it but miracast didn't work, so i wiped it, i'm about to test the newest cm14 unofficial build to see if miracast works (it doesn't work on cm13 builds for me on both d851 & ls990) The official cm14.1 builds for the T-Mobile d851 has Miracast working if that helps anyone.
Official builds are now available. (https://download.lineageos.org/ls990)
Make sure you follow the recommendations on http://lineageos.org/Update-and-Build-Prep/ if you plan to install the official nightly.
Regarding installation, we recommend that users wipe when switching to LineageOS, and reinstall their gapps. However, we recognize that this can be time consuming, so we are offering an EXPERIMENTAL (read as, if it fails, you’ll have to wipe anyways) solution.
•Alongside the ‘weekly’ release for your supported device, we’ll provide an EXPERIMENTAL data migration build.
•This build will allow you to ‘upgrade’ from CM to the signed LineageOS weekly
•This build may wipe permissions (you’ll have to re-allow app permissions), but should retain all user data
•This build will be watermarked with an ugly banner to ensure that you don’t permanently run this EXPERIMENTAL release, and upgrade to a normal weekly after.
•The process for this installation will be as follows:
◦Install EXPERIMENTAL migration build on top of cm-14.1 build (don’t try to install LineageOS 13.0 on top of CM 14.1, that will not work).
◦Reboot
◦Install LineageOS weekly build
◦Reboot
◦Re-setup your application permissions

I finally got around to creating a dedicated thread for the ls990 on LineageOS 14.1
Just wondering if anyone knows on the cm 14.1 los builds . Does it included the latest security patches and important bits from nougat? Thanks in advance .
yes, it includes all the important bits from nougat, and i think , they are working on security patches
CM13 (still released unofficially, see Kernels & Roms Thread) and LineageOS 14.1 Pre-Official (and official once it's there) are both patched to the latest security patches (Jan 05) within the same month usually, the last few months it was patched within 1 or two weeks after release. I have to know that, I am doing it

Thanks for clarifying and the hard work. Definitely will have to root and give it a go. It's nice to see how far CM has come. Not to many roms always include latest patches alot of the time it's just ported eye candy features lol. CM 14.1 looks pretty awesome from what I've read up on even better that you included latest updates.

I believe it lol. I've checked out the changelog and other bits since then. They are pretty good at squashing out bugs or finding a way to patch a lot of issues or playing with code to fix something. The layout works well tho gets reviewed approved then merged.
My favorite part of CM team from way back then which is now lineage was it generally was always updated and patched and never got stale.
This is a new ROM started by a friend of mine and we are still working on adding features.
Download: bit.ly/wospotter1

PS:-One button navbar is disabled
No other bugs found

Screensbots please? Is it a pixel-looking UI or a more AOSP? What features does it has? Thank you (can't test right now)
Aosp looking ui......smooth as silk so far...
Out of curiosity, where are these new 9.0 roms coming from? Are you all just forking the same project and just re-theming it? There are only a few commits throughout the entire set of github repos and the commits don't seem very substantial.
Wow!! Can you show some screenshots???
and how much stable ROM it is??

What does it means that the One button nav is disabled? There are no fingerprint gestures or just the navbar os always visible?
I have a LG G2 Mini D620 (g2m).
I had major issues with unofficial build of LOS 15.1 on my device, but loved it despite the bugs. Sadly, the bugs made it unusable and frequently crash, so with a heavy heart, I have to reflash. But for the life of me I couldn't find 15.0, official or not. All I found were dead links or articles\posts with links that lead to "404 not found".
I could flash 14\14.1, which is also good, but I'm madly in love with 15.
Help?
Edit: A cool dude on reddit has brought to my attention that there is no 15.0. So, any other unofficial 15.1 for g2m out there? Here's the link to the one that didn't work: lineage-15.1-20180616-UNOFFICIAL-g2m.zip
An official version would be amazing, but AFAIK there isn't one for this device
