I live near Kolkata, India. i am confused too about the LTE signal on my Neo V.
and now say which modification you use? those aren't Sony stock icons..
only icon "above 3g" in stock sony is 4g, which, of course is not in use.

I use Desktop Home modification by SerajR and Suave 6 Kernel by Shardul Seth. But I have never seen LTE icons untill yesterday, i.e. 04/10/2012.

I think its just icon modification
Our Neo v hasn't got an implemented lte module, so no chance of using lte on Neo v.

MT11i version is capable of utilizing 2100 carrier frequency. I'm from the philippines using stock neo v mt11i. globe telecom carrier with 4g LTE.

However it does work with Sony ROM's, there are issues with newer firmware and modem connectivity. It seems to restrict mobile signal.
I just installed google now launcher released today which is the nexus 5 launcher I have the GPE rom I highly recommend this makes your ultra much better remember it's for anyone with the GPE rom installed.

I just tried the one released from the playstore , it is laggin on my ultra c6806 running the google edition rom. The Google Home Launcher from the nexus 5 runs smoothly on my phone.
Works fine on my c6806 w/ GPe ROM.

Runs just fine on GPe ROM here. Try to clear launcher data/cache.

I have LG Tag+ NFC Tags and they Works with the Z Ultra
You must only download the LGTag+ app
