Flash a custom kernel for your device. Depending if it's a 5.0 intl or 5.0 us check further in dev thread also this should be in general not dev.

You have to push the .apk to your system..
What you need:
-root explorer
-the .apk of s note
Search here/on google on how to push apk's to the system

Friends I accidentally deleted S Memo from my Galaxy s3 .... I believe it was ver 12....
Can anybody plz tell me how to restore it or reinstall it? Somehow its still showing under the application manager but I don't see its icon....
