Anyway to change settings theme?
Do you mean you want to change the look of the settings menu, if so try a custom rom.

I can not uninstall it(No uninstall information), because it was cooked in the clean ex dse rom.
Give this a shot.
AyanamiZer00 thx for the cab.
The cab replaced some of my taskbar icons but not all, network signal doesn't work after installing and battery % are not visible.
Does anyone know where I can find these icons on my device? (folder path)
no other ideas?
Does anyone know where I can find CM7 soft buttons in a zip/apk format to use with the Touchpad?
what do you mean? they are part of cyanogenmod. to tweak them, go to settings > cyanogenmod settings > tablet tweaks > choose soft buttons. if you want to change the way they look, either find a new cyanogen mod theme and select it with theme chooser, or moddify /system/apk/systemui.apk yourself.

I know what soft keys are... I am liking for the orginial look from the cm7 Tom. I am currently running xron an amazing costume rom based off of cm7 but I prefer the look of the orginial soft keys and can't seem to find a theme that contains them. But thank you for pointing out the apk that I would moddify to get the soft keys.
Recently flashed cm9.1 stable.. attempted to change notification bar toggles.. they simply don't change.
Tried fixing permissions, install was a full wipe..
Any ideas ?

I don't know how much more specific I can be.. I go into settings, change the toggles.. pull the drop down menu and there the same. No change is not saved..
Are you using the latest 9.1 stable ?
EDIT: I've discovered that when using any dpi beside the stock value.. the settings options are different also, you don't have as many toggles & options in status bar settings. Obviously a bug.. problem solved use dpi, set the options in settings and then revert back to custom dpi.

Check on your settings menu, on "security" option. Inside on that, check for "lockscreen" option. Then check for "slider targets"
Normally stock rom does not have that ability like custom ROMs. Which is your device and what is your Android version?
Looks like Widget Locker?

I applied a theme on my M2-801L and ever since, that theme crashes the Settings, as well as Themes app. So I cannot revert back the theme. Is there any way to reset the theme without resetting factory settings or root?
