hey i am using the new rom nightly 11 cayoagen mod an there is a problem that the screen is turned off while i receive a txt msg..any helpp ????? an another thing is that the vibration intensity off phone an keyy pads are same ? any fix ?

Currently when recieving a SMS my phone will vibrate and the rollball will glow..etc but if the screen is dimmed / the device is locked is there anyway to make the screen turn back on as part of the notification?

something weird happens with my phone .. i recieve a fake call alert while i am not using my phone
when phone is in deep sleep state i found my phone is ringing (even it.s not my ringtone it,s like a basic bell)
while ringing the screen is off ,phone is totally in deep sleep .. when i turn it on it continues ringing and after some time it stop ringing..
only happens on samsung roms .. i have dual boot with paranoid 1.99 i don,t face this problem .. any idea !!!!!!
It seems to be notification indicator. You are receicing some sort of notification from one of your apps.
Could be email, text message or application that is downloading something and you may have your phone set up to alert you if any changes are happening.

Got this problem with CM9, didn't really notice it the first week when i installed it but now it suddenly came to me that the vibrate function didn't work when i receive a text message.
This is some info:
Running the latest FXP216 (xperia sola)
Every tiny option that has vibrate in it's name is turned on.
The phone does vibrate if i have the "keyboard vibration" turned on so it's not a phone problem.
The messaging app itself is:
Notifcations on
vibrate: always
vibrate pattern: normal (no difference if i change to average or large)
The profile settings (from the notification bar) don't make a difference either (in vibration mode etc)
Reinstalled CM9 twice completely and wiped phone clean, no difference.
Spend 3 hours today googling for options but no luck.
Don't mind using a third-party app (tried SMS Go but it doesn't vibrate either)
hopefully someone can help me to make it vibrate when receiving messages ;D

FIX: finally got it to work after even more googling.
Sound Manager V2 has a vibration option which can be set to always (at ringer sound)
This solved my problem, hopefully people who have this problem can find this helpfull

I have problem with the notification on z9 mini (lolipop 5.02) After 10-15 minutes after screen is of I dont receive any sound, light notification (email , messenger) I have to turn on phone and then notifications appear Someone had this issue couse I havent found it solution

I have the same issue with the z9 Max. I figured out that you can save some recently opened programs with a swipe down. Then the application is locked and you receive notifications. In my case, the red ring is lighting up without any sound etc. This issue is really driving me nuts.

Problem in my z9 mini are push notifications After about 15 minutes phone goes in "sleep" and it shuts down wifi connection I installed app Advance wifi lock and it solved problem... but ... This application is a battery drainer !!! Thats why Im trying to find other solution
I have the HTC One m8 and recently installed PA.
When an incoming call occurs, the answer screen does not appear, and I am unable to answer the phone without turning it off then on and playing with the status bar. This is very annoying. Is there a way to fix this?

Same here, with Oppo Find 7A. I found out that if the phone is ringing and the call does not appear it will appear once I lock my screen.
Any fix for this ? I love PA as it supports all useful features while being fairly stock.
you can update to the most current version of pa and also set the dialer that you are using as the default app
