Is there an application that automatically takes a photo at certain specified times (for example, at 8am,11am,2pm,5pm)?

I don't know for sure, but this sounds like something Tasker could do.

i'll be blunt:
-I put a bunch of pics on my phone
-made one of them my wallpaper
-decided to delete a bunch of them
-deleted the pic I used for my wallpaper by accident
-I want to find the physical file....but it doesnt exist.
...BUT I can turn my phone completely off and when I turn it back on it still manages to load the deleted image as the wallpaper. If it can still load the image it must be on my phone somewhere...or is it?

It's in /data/data/com.android.settings/files/wallpaper.
You will notice that it doesn't have an extension, so using Root Explorer, copy it to your sdcard, use Rename to place the proper extension (for example: wallpaper.png) and you're ready to go!
Or just use a new wallpaper, simple.

Oh my God... Seriously, what is your problem?
Maybe he wants the exact same wallpaper and has erased it and can't find it again.
I know, it's not common, but -NEWSFLASH- it happens.
And I offered a very thorough advice on that, what exactly did you offer with your post?
You've been helpful a lot around here -don't take this the wrong way-
but you're bitter and ironic most of the time. Well, there's no need for that.
Stick with offering some help and insight.

Maybe they do, maybe they don't, but only a mind reader would know after reading the OP.

I'm direct and to the point, and have stated on many occasions I won't apologise for it.
My sig says it best.

Okay... Maybe next time your wife gets a cold, simply get another wife... Don't even bother going to the drug-store. Direct to the point!
You're right your sig says it best, I shouldn't even answer to that, it's all my fault, really! Happy New Year!

He's right though. Who else can answer the question of WHY this feature isn't in the Samsung stock camera, other than Samsung?

You're totally missing his point. You asked why they didn't include a feature. How should we know? If you want an answer to your question, take MistahBungle's advice.
yap...i get it now
Tried lgCamera (free version) on my s2 and it crashed so badly, I had to pull the battery.

works fine for me as well. also, i have never once had to pull the battery for anything. you can also hold the power button for 7 seconds for the device to switch the phone off, no matter how bad a freeze is.
This is a strange problem, which has become quite annoying. Lets say I open my gmail app, after using another app it randomly decides to open the other app (text messages, a game, etc.) It doesn't do it all the time probably about 25% of the time. Is there a fix for this?

Rooted, Roms, Custom Kernels? If so you may need to do a restore to the stock image.

Oh I forgot to add im still 100% stock.
You could try to Odin the Stock Rom and see if the issue remains. If it does, you might have a bugged phone and should replace it if your within the 14 day period. I can send you some info if you'd like.

I am looking for a music player that I can set a start and stop time during a day, as well as specific hours during weekend.
I mean... Tasker can make that happen. You don't really need an app for that.

No, but it's simple enough to do it yourself. You just need to specify times and that's about it.
I don't have enough free time to do it myself, because i would have. So... In conclusion, both sorry and you're welcome.
