There is an app in play store called TWRP Manager, it may help. But I was not able to find Mate2 from the device list. Since it's supported by TWRP, I guess it may be under a different name?

Hi all, I tried command line method(dd, or cat), it said that file system is read-only, I couldn't dump the image out. Is there any other way?

Try the flashify app on the playstore. That may work for you.

Not sure why but i had this build tested by a guy only then released. Try a re-download, maybe file got corrupted during download.
Redownloading
Redownloaded and flashed again
Same Problem
unfortunately system UI stopped
I found a bug, the ROM to start the SystemUI.apk FC, evil for that.
