I picked up the Flyer yesterday and thought I would post up some apps and games that work well on the Flyer.

Thumb Keyboard (nice themes)
FlexT9 keyboard (voice and touch capabilities; pen does not seem to work)

Agreed, good game.
I've had good luck with Touchdown to give better Exchange Syncing (tasks, etc), however I had to actually download the app from their website.
Also am a fan of the Kindle App (for books already purchased), Tecarta Bible, Olive Tree (Beta works best), Nuance's T9 Keyboard, and Plants vs Zombies.

You would have to wait for poco people to fix the compatibility issue you can check geeky ranjit video on yt ,same goes for zenfone 5z
