I am stationed in Japan and I have been with AU Kddi for approximately 4yrs now. When I heard the announce that they would finally carry a "smart" phone I was excited. I went in and purchased the E30HT if I am not mistaken it is similar to the HTC Touch Pro in the states. My problem is this: Most of the options are in Japanese. I am not familar enough with the language to take advantage of all the phone's features. Is there a way to convert the OS to English or is it a rom or procedure out to convert the phone to English. I appreciate all help given.

I also purchased the AU E30HT, tried every HARD-SPL available here and PPGeeks and still can't break it. Luckly I haven't bricked it yet. Took it to Thailand and even the techs there couldn't flash an english ROM on it. Seems the software hasn't been developed yet. I am waiting and hoping someone with more knowledge than I picks it up to play with. If we could get enough folks together maybe we could contribute enough to entice someone. Never give up.

yup, i know how you guys feel. my wife got one for me from japan, and have had endless trouble. its such a slick phone but its totally useless for me.
here in the phils there's not much that phone techs can't do, but it seems they've met their match in this phone.

Very nice. I will probably take the online courses for Mobile Development next year.
As an alumni of EBBS I'm quite happy to see Full Sail to offer more courses focused for this market!
My buddy went to Full Sail for Show Production and Touring. i went down several times to visit him. the Full Sail staff is awesome. everybody was just cool and easy to get along with. good to see they're branching out into mobile development!

i was thinking about going here for Audio Production/engineering..but thats too far from my home state
i think i'm going to enroll for the online mobile development...i spoke to an admins rep and shes helping me get going with fafsa and all that stuff...i've heard mixed reviews about the course..saying it's out of date and its too specific, but i've done research..i have an associates in graphic design and i think this bachelors will make a world of a difference
I am currently a student of the online Mobile Development program living in California trying to complete it. I can tell you it is pretty hard if you are working full time.
I am currently in my second year and I am struggling. I really enjoy being a Full Sail student, but you have to be prepared to have a TON of information thrown at you super fast. That is probably the biggest challenge. Imagine never once having worked with a language such as Javascript, and have it thrown at you in a single month while working full time and having a family. Its difficult.
Each course is only a month long, and the amount of stuff you have to absorb is overwhelming. But again, this is what we sign up for. I struggle a lot and I am under constant pressure, but there is a sense of accomplishment when you actually see your projects come to fruition.

How are you rooted? Just nook&zergy rooted or running CWM and a different rom? If just the nook&zergy, do the 8 failed boot method (while unit is powering on hold power until it shuts off...repeat 8 times and it will auto factory restore. If you have working CWM recovery, you can flash a stock rom and be done with it.

Put the acclaim.zip on your sdcard and boot. (or go to B&N.com and download one of their stock roms and do the same. After the unit goes into sleep mode it will update. Your easiest way will be the 8 failed boots method methinks.
1 question though, why unroot? If you are using a stock rom that is just rooted, what's the point of removing that access? It's the same rom, only with SU access and market abilities. /shrug, to each their own I guess.
Know Fear because i made a big mistake:
i rooted as soon as i got the tablet, and i didn't took time to explore and understand how it worked, am totally new to android
i thought i could do it... but i'm finding it quite hard...
and i'm going to the states next week and hope to bring the tablet back to store to have the update to fix the available space...
maybe in the future i will have the needing of rooting it again.

Ahh, I didn't think they had actually replaced the stock recovery. I assumed CWM was running from sdcard from your version. My mistake. Thanks for clearing that up Albert.

Seriously?? Please, don't ever do anything else with rooting until you learn to read. Research will get you much further than asking the same questions over and over...when the answer is 1 post up.

Two days ago I have published a FREE game on windows phone store. Here is the link:

Anyway the game is a port from Android and iOS. I thought I will try WP8 this time as well (I have no experiance with this platform). After two days in the store I have NO reviews and the game is not even in new + rising section. MSFT says that download data will be available after 10 days (for new apps) but I already can tell that they will be horrible.
On iOS I had few hundred downloads on the first day and the app is PAID on iOS so I assumed it would be much better on WP8 where it is FREE. Maybe someone could check the app and let me know if I made any mistakes when publishing or the game is just crappy ?

An interesting game, however, I think the main problem for not having reviews is that it is for polish market, although can be downloaded. Try advertising it a bit more

Thanks for your feedback. I am in Poland but do you say that it is not downloadable in other countries or is it "rather for polish customers"?
Also I have noticed that I included polish version link above. Sorry for this (changed to english).
It is downloadable, but I have found it just when searching specifically for it, when I saw everything on the link u left here. So if I do not know about the game or some app I cannot download it, because it won't be shown to me. That is the reason for which u have to advertise it more. Also, I am getting rather annoyed by the multiple "animations" between the levels... Would be also great to make it universal - for tablets and desktops... I don't like playing on my phone, but am enjoying it on my tablet.
