INFO:
In this topic I will share with you my DorimanX personal builds.
This is compatibile JB/KK, not LP (yet)!!! I will support only KK versions, because I'm using KK.
JB should work but I cannot maintain 4.3/4.2
If you have problems or if anything goes wrong, you can flash latest build (v008) by @cybernetus.
You can download from his official website: dorimanx.cybernetus.com
DISCLAIMER:
ONLY FOR AOSP BASED ROMS
I'm not responsible for bricked devices or wrong version flashing
You are using this kernel at your own responsablity
WARNING:
It seems there's some problems with my builds:
* CWM is downgraded to 6.0.4.7 Updated CWM to 6.0.4.8! Should be ok now. Report if you have any issues!
* You can't mount exFAT in CWM Updated CWM to 6.0.4.8 so this should be fixed. Report if you have any issues!
* Wifi has some weird issues (Wi-Fi networks passwords sometimes are deleted after reboot) Updated some components for new Wi-Fi driver, should be ok now, needs more testing but in my case it's ok. Report if you have any issues!
——— !!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!! ———
FEATURES:
This kernel include the following features (different than other any Dorimanx kernel):

* FPU corruption bugfix (aka music player fix)
And of course, all other features Dorimanx already included before I started to develop these unofficial builds of Dorimanx.

New build is up!
@LiL_Assassin could you please test the newest kernel from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=58173320&postcount=2 ? And report if you're still having that nasty issue that passwords of Wi-Fi networks are "forgotten" by phone/kernel/driver at every reboot. Thank you in advance!
One guy in the q&a thread asked if you could add synapse support.
Regards, gsstudios
Testing out your build ATM and it is rock solid. WiFi is all good, kernel is more snappier than ever.

Note that your filename has JB as in Jelly Bean as in 4.1 ‒ 4.2 in it (instead of KK as in Kit Kat as in 4.4).
Well i flashed the latest dorimanx and somehow i have no idea but suddenly everything is rainbow and at the bottom of screen it says rainbow mode enabled there is no options anywhere i could find it jus happened wen i scrolled i believe when i rebooted the phone there was something telling me to enter a password to decrypt phone which caused me to wipe and reinstall new rom which made me VERY upset

This is a sort of easter egg in clockworkmod recoveries (including unmodified) where if you hold the volume keys long enough, the text will become formatted as rainbows. Would be better if they put a picture of nyan cat or something Don't know why it is asking you to enter a password after reboot. Is anyone else having this issue?
Anybody who wants to flash back to original and experiencing problems should flash using ODIN with my pre-made tar file of dorimanx. Link: https://drive.google.com/folderview...&usp=sharing&tid=0B3ApZsjOd2bzWjBBMHc2SWNUSlE

hey anarkia it's working great so far for latest vanir 10/7 build. thanks a lot !
@anarkia1976 pa 3.99rc2 custom(jss) build working??
well thats's odd. kernel doesn't work on my crdroid b23 neither does the rom itself...
I flashed b23 when it got released and used used your 33 kernel with the color fix. now i flashed your latest caf kernel but colors are still messed up. then i reflashed (dirty) the rom (b23) without any kernel and i still got messed up colors. and the screen is acting up, only showing artifacts...only reflashing b22 solves the problem

maybe you need to clean it first ( awesome clean script ), and the reflash b23, and then flash AKx. just saying, it works for me. both on crdroid and vanir.

Disclaimer
I'm not responsible for any damages on your device.
The rom and the kernel are tested by me first before I make it available online. I could have overseen something during testing, please understand. In summary, the ROM is still SlimKat, with some additional features (see below), but is also compiled with SaberMod toolchain. You can consider this build as a "nightly" and the build from the official thread is stable and weekly.
!!! Please don't discuss these unofficial builds in the official thread. Users can get confused easily!!!
What makes different from the official SlimRoms
Compiled with a custom toolchain UBERTC for more performance and better battery life
Compiled with the GCC optimization level -O3
Compiled with strict-aliasing compiler optimization
Added patches to fix GCC strict-aliasing violation rules
Added ARMv7 optimized string handling routines for more smoothness and more memory optimization
Disabled SQLite fsync to increase I/O performance
Cherry-picked some AOSP bug and memory leak fixes
Cherry-picked some KitKat bug and memory leak fixes
Installation instructions
Coming from stock or another ROM:
Full wipe: system, data, cache, dalvik cache.
Flash the SlimSaber build.
Flash gapps from here
Flash latest SuperSU from here
Coming from previous SlimSaber build:
Flash the SlimSaber build.
No need to wipe dalvik-cache. The system will do it anyway if it needs to.
No need to re-flash gapps. Gapps will be restored back automatically by backup tool during flashing.
Known Issues
Skype call not working.
Use Skype version 4.9.0.45564
Lens blur photos will crash while processing
This is caused by using a toolchain version number greater than 4.7.
"Prevent accidental wake up" display option causes black screen when incoming call comes in
Disable it for the time being, until the bug is fixed

Additional features included!
The main features are the compilation of the ROM with -03 flags, strict aliasing and Sabermod, along with the rest of the optimisations listed in the OP. These are all to increase performance and battery life. But of course, there are some additional features included:
Gesture unlock for lockscreen
Network speeds in status bar
Configure double tap status bar to sleep
Custom system animations
Integrated performance options in ROM
Soft reboot option
Mobile data disabled by default. This is to avoid extra carrier charges during ROM setup
SuperSU root management
Lockscreen Notifications
Advanced calculator with floating mode
Battery saving network mode: Automatic switch to 2G when screen is off.
Smooth scrolling (disable scrolling cache)
Confirm to reboot to bootloader/recovery
For a more comprehensive list, please see this post by Harsha Raj in the i9100 thread.
Mobile data isn't working!!
Once the ROM is booted, go to Settings -> Toggle 'Mobile networks' for data to be enabled.
It's disabled on purpose, by default. This is so when you first flash the ROM, no data is used, as some carriers charge heavily for even small data transfers.
What about theme chooser?
Next post down, look in the "Goodies" post to find flashable themes
Root doesn't work!
Enable 'Developer options'
Go to Settings -> About Phone
Tap on the Build Number 7 times
Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Root access
Choose 'Apps' or 'Apps and ADB'
How to change DPI?
Currently, this feature hasn't been ported... so you'll need to install Texdroider DPI from the playstore... or edit /system/build.prop and change ro.sf.lcd_density to the desired value
What is the Toolchain?
Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toolchain
What is SaberMod?
The term "SaberMod" is coming from:

I'll probably give this one a shot this weekend regardless. Thanks for the build.

Caf source is used to compile to bacon, is the main branch for it, as bacon is maintained directly from CAF, and not from google, so it dont have pure aosp as ours do. But i prefer to use caf too, caf is much more optimized now, i could get easily 4h SOT with default kernel settings, no tweaking, no undervoltage on my first private builds. so i would say you to give a shot to caf
How come all CAF i try i end of with failed update binary when i flash? Im on factory 5.1 do i need to factory image 5.02? im on 2.8.5.2

I was just looking at lolistats, YouTube adaway, and snapprefs, but installing that zip recovery is what seems to break everything. I know it's early, but I figured it should still work as it does with both CM and AOSP 5.0 roms.

Yes it should, but caf roms, and specially slimsaber, have tons of different things of aosp and cm, in a near future u maybe could get xposed working on caf roms, i am sure that xposed dev, wont give up. Btw, i think u can get similar apps that dont use xposed
xposed doesn't work on slimsaber. some ART optimizations (or perhaps others) that i used make it incompatible with xposed.

@ChronoMonochrome What you have not yet come up with ? : D
Great work bro :>
This is absolutly stunning what you did and do for our device!
Biggest respect for all your work! :good:
I still prefer liquid smooth because it has many settings and especially custom quick tiles but it looks very good after removing useless apps
I've uploaded build for codinap, needed test. Thanks @ace2nutzer for helping me in that

Whilst there is EXT4 to F2FS converter I didn't care so much about uploading f2fs versions
hah I've already forgotten about that converter, never mind

No - F2FS formating has to done manually... This script "only" converts the ROM installer script that F2FS partitions are useable.
Really, really nice! You're going to keep our device alive.
Little OT: are You going to build Lollipop ROM?

So far I haven't deal with some build errors on CM12.1. Btw, there are already two lollipop developers But maybe later I'll try to build SlimLP. It's sad, however, that so far there aren't any based on 5.1.1 - I'm still don't know , whether worth it to try or not, cause of well known memory leak, that is fixed only on 5.1.1.
UPD. hm, it seems they are uploaded changes for 5.1.1, probably I was duped a bit, seeing 5.0 branch in their repos as default.

Hello flashers!
I am proud to present you my latest work.
PhoeniX Reborn Kernel for Galaxy S5 G900F.
Users Pay Attention!
This kernel was built for:
- Galaxy S5 G900F
- Touchwiz 6.0.1
Do not use it on other devices because it might brick your device!
I take no responsibility for any damaged that might have been caused by using this kernel.

Overview:
PhoeniX Kernel was officialy introduced in PhoeniX ROM for Galaxy Note II.
Since then, PhoeniX Kernel was implemented in all PhoenIX ROMs.
So.. why do you release a new kernel? What is the difference between PhoeniX Kernel to PhoeniX Reborn kernel?
Well, there are many changes between linux 3.4.113 to the modified 3.4.0. I believe some user want stock experience as Samsung intended to.
So PhoeniX Reborn kernel is actually a stock base kernel with some tweaks and features.

PhoeniX Kernel V1 features:
- Built from Samsung Marshmallow Kernel Source Update XXS1CPK1 for G900F
- Built with Google's arm-androideabi-4.9 compiler
- Linux 3.4.0
- SELinux set to permissive in source code
- ExFat Support
- Samsung MM Official XXS1CPK1 Ramdisk
- init.d support
- Added Improved Fast Charge Support - Huge thanks to Faux123! You can control it via Trickster Mod app
- Fixed SELinux Memory Leak
- Enabled NTFS support- thank you andip71
- Enable USB OTG Ethernet support - thank you andip71
- Added Faux Sound Control - thanks to faux123 & ktoonsez
- Kernel Compression: LZO
- Increased entropy levels (both read and write)
- Disable restrict ROOT
- Double min-max Read Ahead
- disable crc to improve performance [andip71]
- No more "Kernel is not SEANDROID" warning at boot - huge thanks to kykint
- Added Network Speed Tweak
- Added frandom
- SELinux: revert Samsung hard enforcing
- Enabled Screen wake and sleep functions - special thanks to andip71 and ktoonsez
- Added Color control to adjust RGB color space + inverted mode - special thanks to andip71
- TCP Congestion changed to Westwood
- Added some kernel tweaks

Additional Notes:
This kernel was built to match PhoeniX ROM goals. Therefore, I am not going to include the following:
- Things I don't like.
- Things that can risk devices and are dangerous(Such as OC...).
- Experimental things.
- Gaming modules that are not included by Samsung(I am not a gamer, so I don't really care..)
- F2FS - causes compatibility issues and there is no need for that.
Flash at your own risk. I take no responsibility for any damaged that might have been caused by using this kernel.
I don't really care about benchmark results. Most stock kernels should have between 50K to 55K without OC. The most important thing is how you feel with this kernel. I can give you a patch that can get score of 120K but what is the point if the kernel has lags
Flash only on Touchwiz 6.0.1 ROMs.

I already have Phoenix ROM v14.2 and of course Phoenix Kernel v12.0 in my S5. Should I flash this Reborn Kernel?
Thank you.
Old and new phoenix kernel version are always conflict with my g900p but this reborn kernel works like a charm
I don't know why but thanks for great work and sorry for my english too :fingers-crossed:
G900i
Working perfectly on my Australian G900i with PhoeniX Rom v15.

I had to throw mine back in, quick fix but not ideal since I do daily data swap, Titanium restores seemed pointless also, a workaround would kick ass

strange.
i was on xxx but i thougt better to switch to alexndr since xxx said no longer ssupports (end of life).
i know he has made 5.8 cpk3 but he will do only as long not much to do, no grater changes to work on his mods in rom.
Im on xXx no limits rom 5.8a. Super stable. No issues at all. Thanks tamirda. This is the most stable kernel you have made. ?

I gave this a try, no success. After kernel installation I lost root, then I tried to flash SU 2.79sr1, but got some failure message in twrp while patching boot image, and at next reboot SU was not yet working.
NOTE: these builds are EXPERIMENTAL. Use them at your own risk!

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7.1 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include "std_disclaimer.h"
/*
* Your warranty is void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
These builds contain a working HWComposer based off @tdcfpp's work. Note that currently the HWC only reliably works in portrait mode. Landscape is more complex, and getting a smooth UI would involve some work on the kernel (adding sync_fence support to the kernel drivers for FIMG2D and FIMC). In the majority of use-cases you should see improved UI fluidity, especially once apps are already loaded into RAM.
Installation
You cannot "dirty flash" from official weekly builds. You have to factory reset before installing. If you need more instructions, you shouldn't be installing this build
Download
2017-10-29
Known issues
HWC is disabled in landscape mode
Building from source
Assuming you already have a source tree set up, and all the official repos downloaded, you need to add a file like this to your local_manifests and cherry-pick these commits. Then, just "brunch i9300".
What is the HWComposer?
The HWComposer is a library that allows Android to use display hardware to render multiple 'layers' on screen, such as the status bar, the wallpaper, and the home screen. By default, Android uses the GPU to manage this rendering, which is considerably less efficient than using the dedicated display hardware.
Found a bug?
If the bug happens on official builds as well, please don't report it here. The main issues I'm interested in are:
Hardware not working at all (e.g. GPS is broken)
Media encoding/decoding issues (e.g. Netflix)
Display issues (e.g. screen turns black and won't turn back on, or some parts of the screen turn black)
Please use this template, and attach a logcat. (A rough timestamp of when the issue occurred is also useful)
Code:
What is the issue?
How did you cause the issue?
Output of "adb shell dumpsys SurfaceFlinger" while the issue is on-screen (in the case of display issues)
I don't have a huge amount of time to spend doing this at the moment, but I will try and keep up with any major issues.

HWC required forkbomb to make changes in the kernel. So no custom kernels.
Hmm seems like i can't boot it up. I am stuck at "Samsung galaxy s3" and the phone turns off and back on at the same screen.
I wiped Data,system,cache.
Then i tried flashing one after another:
This build, gapps, boeffla kernel and addonsu.
Then i read i shouldn't use a custom kernel and did all of this over again but i just flashed the build and nothing else. Still the same, phone loops at the first screen.

No, this is experimental build that has HWcomposer working.
In a nutshell, HWcomposer will make us get better performance and battery, and its related to display making it smoother.
Until Simon fixes the HWcomposer for Lineage14.1, we probably won't get a Lineage15 build.
The fact that we got a experimental build for HWcomposer probably means it won't take long until Simon fixes the Hwc completly and he starts working on Lineage15.
Also, Simon = Forkbomb444
Bootloop issues are solved / not experienced if you wipe everything but internal storage and do a completely clean flash. I used aroma open gapps and lineage su. Later I used black substratum theme, so far so good. Did some changes to build.prop to support 60fps and the phone is smooth as butter. Thanks Simon! I think we finally have a 99% fully functional HWC!
Edit: Also it made a noticable battery life improvement and the blacks are deep & full now!
(System font used is Product Sans (from Pixel 2, flashable zip) and Lawnchair Launcher);

60 FPS:
add this to the bottom of build.prop
persist.sys.NV_FPSLIMIT=60
Product Sans font (for LineageOS, any LOS Version, just flash it and no need to wipe any cache / dalvik):
