Fix Sim Card Issue after flashing Custom ROM on stock Lollipop 5.0.2
I'm not a Dev just ported the LG L90 bootstack to our LG D618
If you flashed CM12 or any custom rom from LG stock 5.0.2 you will not have SIM SUPPORT
unless you :
1- Go back to KK : root, unlock bootloader and flash TWRP to Flash the custom rom
or
2- Flash the KK bootstack to have SIM Support
You will need ROOT, unlocked bootloader and custom recovery (TWRP recommended) to flash this.
Confirmed working on my D618 please repport if working or not

Sorry i'm not a dev maybe dev will help you porting to D620 you just have to extract files from de v10 kdz and get TWRP and the patched aboot.bin for the d620 and replace files in the zip with the D620 files that's what i did with D618

If you can provide me unlocked bootloaders for different variants of G2 Mini and fully working recovery (TWRP preferred) then I can create a various versions of bootstack (KitKat and Lollipop) for all variants for you for free.
That's of course if @numpea is OK with that. I don't won't to step in anyone's playground and steal their toys.

if you are on stock 5.0.2
you need it when you flash a custom rom (cm12, blisspop) to make mobile network works
and you can flash it before or after flashing the custom rom
i just tested the KK bootstack for d618 and it worked great with me
please repport after you flash it !

As you know P768 is an asian version of LG Optimus L9
This Awsome phone Doesn't have official Cyanogen Mod Support and it's Terrible
As We Didn't Get any Response From Cyanogen team I changed The OP
We are Requesting a developer to Port or Start Developing CM For This Awsome Rom
I really don't think the team will coincider as this is a ti omap phone, but you can get the sources for your phone and try to build it..

Well, it would be nice to have fully functional CM for this phone. P768 it's not only used in Asia, but also in Latin America so there are a lot of potential testers out there, me included.
I would try to build if I knew what I was doing, but I don't so I put my hopes on a kind developer who also has this variant of L9.

As far as I understand you can use any CM10 build for P760, flash the patch and then everything(including the camera) works!!

It's a little hardware different between P760 and P768. While P768 don't have official/unofficial CM you can just flash CM for P760 and apply the patch for camera module. I've test it for 2 days, all function seem to work well without error. The patch just modify one file so all function that works on P760 will work on P768.
And you must have unlock bootloader to flash CM or any custom roms.

Yes, you can flash CM for P760 then install camera patch to fix camera module. But your phone bootloader must be unlock first. Please read about unlock bootloader at

Read that guide carefully because many people fail to unlock their phone. If you try to unlock it, you should follow it step by step. Good luck.
About other CM based rom this patch may work but I did not test it yet. And about AOSP based rom, such as PA, it not boot up on P768.

You've boot loader unlock? If so you can install cm rom in CWM and flash camera fix patch after that. No need to reboot and goto recovery again.
For me AOSP based rom doesn't boot in my phone. It stuck at LG logo, no boot animation. Its kernel may not support P768. If you want to use PA, you can try PAC because it include features from PA (and also features from AOKP+CM).

I would like to know what to do ponce I have successfully done such...
can I start flashing the ROMs I would like to use after unlocking my boot loader on P760 firmware or do I need to revert to P768 firmware first then commence with my flashing of ROMs and other mods?
and can I continue to use the locked bootoader by artis182 or should I flash a recovery for P760 while I am still using its firmware ..

You have to flash V20A P768 again after unlocking the bootloader.
After you are on p768 again, you can flash CWM recovery using fastboot.
You can then make a nandroid backup and install CM10.x with minimum risk.

isn't there another way to flash the baseband... I live in South Africa and data doesn't come cheap around here... especially when you working on student's budget

I'm also from South Africa, with Cell C, and I haven't flashed any baseband swithers...
I'm on CM10.1.2 and mobile data works perfectly...

so you went from the P760 firmware straight to flashing your custom ROM? I honestly don't wanna download 2 kdz packages as they are rather large...

Oh I understand, but no, I downloaded the two KDZ packages despite their huge size.
I don't know if you can go straight to a custom ROM from the P760 kdz.
You can take the risk, just make a nandroid backup on the p760 firmware beforehand, but if it fails you will be stuck on the P760 kdz without a functional camera until you can download the P768 kdz as well.
It's up to you, either way you will have to download at least one kdz, good luck!
Hi there guys! I have a LG D620r. Tonight I unlocked my bootloader and installed TWRP recovery, everything good so far. Then I tried to flash some rom.
After wiping dalvik-cache, cache, data and system, I flashed CM11 and Gapps. When I booted the phone, the LG logo stayed for 2 seconds, then there's a micro blue flash, and the device reboots again. Tried flashing Nikita's kernel, same issue.
After that, i flashed PAC (based on 5.0) ans gapps. It booted, but the device didn't find mi WiFi (but finds all others, mine is a TP-LINK TD-W8961ND). And doesn't even connects to phone network. Tried Nikita's kernel, but there was the same bootloop situation described before
Same stuff for M12.
And even the same for Resurrection Remix (based on 5.0).
What shall I do, guys?
Edit: now WiFi works on Resurrection, i had to set it manually, but phone network appears for a second and then disappears.
Did you flash a 5.0 kdz before flashing the custom ROMs?
If yes, try flashing a 4.4 kdz (with CSE mode) and then try flashing custom ROMs again.

so we cant flash roms from 5.0? i have recovery on lollipop and flashing different files works perfectly..i didn`t try to flash a rom yet

yep..i didnt have the patience to wait for your reply so i tried to flash cyanogen11 from v20a..i ended in a bootloop..i flashed 4.4 again and did all over again..now i`m on cm11

i have the same problem, were you able to fix it somehow?
i don't want to flash kdz to avoid unlock bootloader and install recovery once again.. i have a twrp backup of stock kk and cm11 , but i don't want to brick my device when restoring..

Not on that site but you could Google it.
THIS IS FOR ROOTED/Bootloader unlocked users - You can simply flash this over previous TWRP bootstack/stocksystems
Install procedure in TWRP :
1.flash N-B09 bootstack : https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=673791459329066133
2.flash N-B09 stocksystem : https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=962021903579497339
3.flash SU2.79 (or 2.82) again !!! DO NOT FORGET !!! : link in DownloadCenter A2017G
4.reboot again (...and give it some time...)

Thanks a lot, downloading it now! My internet is quite slow and so it's going to take over 3 hours to download this ROM, but it'll be worth it in the end.

Dear friend, I really enjoy your work because I actually own a A2017 version but with your images I'm able to simply flash the update without any modem fuss. Also it is great that there is neither force encryption nor unlocked bootloader warning present in your builds. Do you remove it by yourself?

These files are made that things like fastboot,... are left as they were. So no "unlocked bl warnings: whatsoever.
These bootstacks contain also the proper G modem in it (not as Universal B15, where you have to flash it afterwards)
Alright, I updated to this version from B04 and I honestly can't find any difference save the Dec 1 security patch...

I'm running the latest Resurrection Remix (A version of LOS) on my A2017G. can I also just flash this new bootstack without doing anything else? I only want the new modem and such because I'd like to try out if it fixes my horrible SOT of about 2 hours

Yeah you can use the files as it is for G model.
But first take twrp backup! Use 3110 to be sure.
Btw, you can try out the different G modems in Download Center. No harm done flashing them. Just try and see what's best.
But then again, 2h SOT... Mmmmm, advice looking for some draining apps, check all permissions on app settings for battery saving and so on.

When you're on B15 universal, just flash B09 bootstack. Or what is your purpose ?
