I've got it paired and running, although it does seem to drop more than it should (but comes right back) I don't think I did anything special. I am unlocked and rooted but on stock ROM so that should not make a difference. I've actually had less problems with it than I did my Galaxy Nexus. Looking forward to my pebble because I find the sony watch a bit "thick" and always getting caught in my shirt sleeve.
Steve
Mine is paired successfully. To get it to work at all you have to have the two apps from the play store. Lw manager I think and Sony smart watch.

Well if want to know something funny about all this. I called Sony mobile as to why my watch could not pair . And they said that it's not on their list for comparable.
And my GN2 is rooted and running "Whompasaurus rom"along with custom stweak "Super high performance" profile made by Chaotic Weaponry
I will try to pair Again.

Het guys. I love my note 3. The speed is incredible as is the screen, etc.
My main gripes is that the note 3 is a bit hard to navigate 1 handed. Its a extreme stretch with your thumb.
The note 3 is also extremely boxy and flat with sharper edges.
I havent held a G2 yet but it looks much more comfortable to hold.
Another draw to the g2 over the n3 is im on verizon. It does not look good for a full bootloader unlock on the n3 right now. Where the g2 is wide open.
Whay do you guys think?
The spen is great but I dont use it much after the novelty wore off.my 5 yr old likes to doodle. But we already have a note 10.1 2014 for that.
Support wise for Lg. I hear many bad things. However this does not seem the case as I also have a lg g3 google tv and when I called support they where great.
Updates we wont know for a while. But on the lg google tv they were the first for upates. It seems like they are really stepping up thier game as of late.
Plus on the g2 we should see custom roms on kitkat etc where again on the vzw note 3 we only have root and early safestrap biuldsbuilds.

I played with the Note 3 and G2 a lot at the store. I was leaning for the Note 3 but it was just to big to use one handed.
I got the G2 instead and after really using it, I'm glad I did. The stock LG rom feels like it's based off some AOKP build cause it just has a ton of features. Also the Note 3 doesn't have any dev yet, still locked. I heard updates get delayed cause SPen, and on custom roms the pen loses its flair.

Doubt it since I think watchon is specifically designed for the TW framework. If you want to do some G2 vs Note 3 reading then check out this long thread.
went from a note 2 to a g2 and really like this phone. i liked my note 2 also but it was a 2 handed device. i never used the s pen on my note 2.
I used the Note 3 for a month. Great phone, but it's a little too big. Especially in the pocket; I feel like I'm going to break it when sitting down or bending over. It's a pain using it one-handed too, due to the shape and weight. As cool as the Note 3 is, I missed the size of the Galaxy S4.
I was ready to find someone to swap a Galaxy S4 for my Note 3 when I read about the G2. Checked out a bunch of reviews and lots of YouTube videos and was sold on the G2.
A friend was doing an upgrade and wanted the Note 3, so I told her to save a hundred bucks and get the G2 and I'd swap her my Note 3 outright. I've had the G2 for several days now and I am very happy that we swapped. This phone suits me better. It just feels so good in the hand and the interface is very nice and snappy. Very pleased!

I was comparing the white version to the blacks. It looked smaller even though it isn't.
White Verizon model will be out before the end of the month.
sold my Galaxy S4 (octa version) with a loss and now very very satisfied with my black lg g2 32gb D802 int'l version
Not exactly the same, but I went from an og note to the g2 just because with a note sized phone I couldn't justify buying my n7.

Funny, I'm thinking of doing the opposite. I really like my G2 but miss having the external memory card. I put a lot of videos and music on my phone. I have a Verizon G2 if someone is interested in a possible swap.

I for one have the note 2 and I'm happy with it, but I want to try something new. That's why I'm getting the Lg g2 on verizon by the end of the week.. I Just hope that development doesn't slow down...

I ordered a Meenova external drive for now. But I would prefer an external memory card. We'll see. If someone wants to swap I'd do it. If not I'll keep my G2 as it's a great phone. Mine is rooted running Clean rom and I use the Incipio Feather case. If LG had built this phone with a memory card slot it would be the perfect device.
I chose the G2 because Note 3 speaker was so horrible...it was a deal breaker for me. I came from a HTC One. However, I do miss having a removable battery and a memory card slot. I had the original S2, Skyrocket and Galaxy Note maybe I might jump back to a Samsung in the near future if no other manufacturers have those options that I miss. I'd have to admit though, the G2 really surprised me! IMO, it should be considered top smartphone of the year.

I switched from the note 3 to the g2 and I think it was a good move. The g2 in my opinion has better battery life and the size is perfect. Note 3 was a little too big. G2 is just as speedy and with 32gb I don't need the SD card slot. I was also getting sick of touchwiz since I had the note 2 and the s4, its a good change with the g2.

Knock on is genius and with the audio mod it's much better for music, storage is a problem but manageable and battery is very similar. I really don;t like the shiny back so looking to get a skin to add some grip but otherwise don't regret the switch
I just finished with my decision tonight. Had the Note 3 for three weeks and thought it was great, it was a tough decision. I ended up changing to the G2 tonight, here's why:
-Note 3 has OS 4.3 which gives Photo+ with awesome movie creation, too bad I couldn't actually get it to save a movie. I am convinced its a bug in the OS, who knows how long before they fix it
-I could rarely get a picture I liked, motion blur was a real big issue for me. Could be I'm just a bad photographer, I rely on the auto modes
-G2 knock on feature is awesome, can't live without it
-G2 has just some cool features I really liked, popup SMS and calls. I know you can add apps to do the same but it's built in.
-G2 has a notepad, not as nice as the s-pen notepad but good enough for short scribbles that actually work with a finger
G2 just had more of what was important to me.
As title says is it the best watch right now I mean it almost has everything GPS,Sensors ,3G etc... ?
it's worth buying now or I should wait for other options?
It is the best smartphone + smart watch to me!! Others only act as smart watch..
Yes...for me anyways

I'm rocking the gear s still with my gear s2. Depending on you needs it could be the beat one. If I go cycling I only rock the gear s.
If I go for a dinner I chose the more classy s2.
If you don't mind not having all these watchfaces like on Android wear etc. It is a good choice....

The is an LG Urbane 3G... that will do stand alone, plus it has all the Android Wear apps. So if you're looking for tones of apps check it out. But the Gear S is still the best, just not that many apps, not that i want anymore... but some people like the fun of having tones to choose from.
Hi guys,
Anyone got good bands for gear fit 2? All I can find is Chinese cheap beans only on eBay and Amazon
Thanks

Does anyone know? I have snapped two official straps due to the connection of the strap to the Gear Fit (a design flaw IMHO). Trying to get one off Samsung is like getting blood out of a stone. I can't think of a reason why they don't sell them ?
I'm happy with my 3rd Fit2 band.
Nice metal band and one milanese magnetic loop.

Thanks, how long have you used them for? The problem is I have gone down the cheap Amazon /eBay strap route and they only last a couple of months (if that) because the connector to the Gear Fit usually breaks. This is because third party strap makers don't make the connectors properly (unlike Samsung). I just can't understand why Samsung don't sell them because there must to loads of owners with the same issue as me.
I regurlarly change band and also watch/tracker so no real known usage time.
I look and look for a connected watch that works well with our 6T, are you able to help me make the right decision?
I bought the Galaxy Watch Active and it pairs nicely with the OnePlus6T. I was able to receive all notifications. It's super light weight and I even wear it to bed. However, it uses tizen 4.0 with one UI and it's only $200.
I'm using the Galaxy S3 Frontier, which pretty routinely goes on sale. Right now it's on sale for $230 pretty much everywhere. It will do pretty much everything a phone will, even has built in GPS for stand alone GPS if you want. Note the Frontier has the GPS the regular newer Galaxy model does not.

I second the gear s3 has been working with the 6T since I got it. Nice looking watch that performs great. I got mine from swappa for 90 dollars.

Yes. I have the Samsung Gear S3 frontier and it works great. I am sure any Samsung watch will work.
I use the Withings steel hr sport (ex. Nokia)
It works really well with my OnePlus , but I think all watches work with OnePlus , the exception is of course Apple watch.
Yes Galaxy Watch work perfectly with OP6T.
It depends on how smart you want, Garmin Fenix 5x play very well with 6T too.
Nothing have Ticwatch from Mobvoi
I have been using the Garmin Vivo 3 for some time and battery life is hard to beat. My only complaint is the screen can be difficult to see at times.
Currently using an LG Watch Sport.
I have an LG Urbane 2 that works great, but I need to buy a new band.
Previously was a huge fan of Wear OS (Android Wear) but my Zenwatch 3 had gotten so slow. I upgraded to the Galaxy watch 46mm. This watch is so snappy and Samsung has allowed it to be used with more than just Samsung phones.
As a side note, I got Samsung Pay working with my rooted 6T. I can send anyone the instructions if they need.
I'm using the Galaxy Watch Active and I absolutely loving it. Works perfectly.
I do feel that there is a bad impact on the 6T's battery life - it is definitely gone worse since I got the watch, connected all day via bluetooth.

Please give me news of your Feedback on the Ticwatch Pro, I look at it from a nasty end, she looks awesome.
I'm using a Fossil Sport and it's not working consistently. I don't know if the ram management is too agressive, but sometimes google assistant stops working and it only works again randomly or if I reboot the phone. I've seen many people complaining about it.
I'm using the Galaxy S3 Frontier and Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro. Both work great with the OP6T.
I was wondering why features you guys use on your smart watches. Step tracker, reminder, call/text alert, email, anything else?
Thanks
