Needs lots of light and avoid LEDs and or fluorescents at all costs or the flicker will drive you mad.

Ditto, can't wait to get some slow mo recordings of my 'unique' swing.
Does it make a big difference if you record these 240 fps videos on a stand/tripod, or is the auto focusing good enough to do a good job while holding it?

I was holding the phone and it was fine. Even with the blender one, I had the phone in one hand and my other hand on the blender controls and was still able to be steady.

The blender video in it's original form is ~70MB

But at the distance he's filming from the even, even at slow-motion the sound would be nearly instant - a couple frames later tops, not that much out of sync
Edit: for example at a distance of 4 meters from the event (whatever caused the sound), recording at 240fps the sound would have less than 3 frames discrepancy from the image... Soooo something's off here sadly =/
