My V10 connects fine and plays my audio, but I no longer have the functionality to skip tracks using the skip buttons on my dash or steering, as I did with my Note 3. I drive a 2013 Hyundai Veloster.

I connect my stereo BT headset to my Android 4.2.2 phone (SGS4 if it makes any difference). Is there a way to control which media player is being controlled by my headset? E.g.: how can I control which media player starts playback when pressing the headset play button?
Thanks!
Hello!
[CenĂ¡rio]
I'm using Tasker + Autovoice + Authomation with micasaverde vera lite to do some home automation (control lights, amp, popcorn hour, etc...).
I know that Autovoice can be used with an external bluetooth headset and i wanna take advantage of this.
I want to have a single microphone in my living rom and speak to it from 2 to 3 meters away.
[Problem]
All my android devices microphones (nexus 7, samsung tab 3 7.0 and even my bq aquaris 5) cannot capture sound with such a distance.
[Question]
Does any one know a bluetooth microphone or device with an integrated microphone that can capture sound with a 3 meters radio?
Thanks

It has a low range... And it is not practical to use an headset at home.
I want a simple microphone that have a long range.
Does anyone know of a way or even an App that will route audio from separate source on the device to different outputs? For exampe, when i have my S4 in the car dock, I'd like to have phone audio get routed to my Bluetooth headset and any other audio like Pandora or GPS directions to go to the car speakers?
thanks
You should be able to go into bluetooth just press and hold the bluetooth to ogle and it will take you there you should be able to hit your paired devices each time you push each one it will change your audio output to each paired device. I do it every day with mine, I use headset for phone and wireless headphones for media I.e music Netflix Pandora etc etc
I upgraded my phone to the stock Android Lollipop build using Samsung Kies. I previously had my phone rooted. Everything works great with my phone under the new OS, except for something that I use very frequently - playing my music from my phone in my car over bluetooth. This is a feature I use daily, and now it has been crippled.
When I play music on my phone, connected to my aftermarket car stereo via bluetooth, the song information no longer shows up on my car stereo. Also, when trying to use my controls (face of the head unit, or the steering wheel controls), it does nothing (skipping tracks, etc.).
I am using the stock music player. Any help would be great, or even knowing that this problem exists outside of my phone would also make me feel better.
Having similar issues.
Audio controls work, but track data isn't working. Only samsung/google player are working properly with metadata.
Spotify, Pandora, and Soundcloud are not transfering audio track names at all.
Same here, I have a Kenwood DDX-418 and I can change tracks with the on screen buttons but do not get display. Maybe pull old kit Kat stock player and push to lollipop

Hi there
I got a very strange Bluetooth Audio problem. When I connect my Phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, MIUI 7.0.22.0, rooted, Android 5 based) to my Alpine Car Radio via Bluetooth and stream music via the in build app notifications from navigation (Text to Speech) do work. When I play Music via Amazon Music or listen to audio books via Audible the Text-to-Speech doesn't play. There is a break in playback, but that's all.
If I navigate with Navigon and set it to A2DP for Audi everything is working.
What can I do?
