My lg v10 can connect via Bluetooth with denon receiver but can't output any sound from it. Denon works fine with iPhone5s and samsung galaxy edge s6. I thought that lg v10 has the problem but it can connect and output sound on Sony speaker.
So, Sum up both lg and denon works fine but the problem arises when I try to connect with each other. Any solution for that?

I previously owned the Samsung GS3, but returned it for the Optimus G. I was able to get audio out through USB on the GS3, so when it was docked in the car, I could connect to my car's audio aux input to get audio. I haven't found a way to get audio out through USB on the Optimus. Does anyone know of a way?

so far the only docks i've seen for the optimus g have been bluetooth with the usb port only used for charging...
from what i understand, the reason it worked with your GS3 is because it was running jellybean and jellybean supports USB audio.

hopefully when jellybean comes out for our device, LG will have it enabled (or someone will make it happen with a custom rom).
Hopefully someone can help me here -- I haven't been able to find an answer to my problem even with several google and forum searches.
A few days ago, my AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 stopped working with wired headsets, but headphones still work. When I plug in a pair of headphones (2 stripes on the miniplug), I get balanced, stereo sound.
However, when I plug in a headset with mic (3 bands on the plug), I get no sound even though the phone acts like it is playing sound. I've tried different audio apps, headphones, and headsets, and the problem stays constant. Each headphone / headset also works on other audio sources.
I am AT&T's version of 4.1.1, kernel version 3.0.31-274808, and do not think any updates have been downloaded recently.
Any ideas what could be causing this issue? I used to have a headset plugged in for most of the day, and miss the remote and phone mic features a lot.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
TLDR: Wired headphones work on GSIII, but wired headsets give no sound. Help!

Did you try using the headset with another phone?

Hi,
Friends! I am having a very serious issue with my Xperia Z2 d6502. (never rooted) I recently updated it to official firmware .232 via OTA. Yesterday i realized that my device is not recognizing any headphone (original sony, other brands etc, all are working fine with other phone or laptop). Device is simply not reacting to any headphones, i even tried changing headphone type from sound setting.
I thought its faulty jack, but then I installed SoundAbout.apk and changed phone and media audio output to wired headphones, and then all headphones started to work but even the call tune is routed toward headphone by the app and its sounds perfectly.
Please assist me what is the nature of issue? is it hardware or what?
Hello Have you experience disconnection in your bluetooth especially on headset?
It this a samsung flaw?
Not here
No problems with BT on mine.
My Huawei Watch used to keep disconnecting from my phone and BT with my car stereo (a Sony) would sometimes skip or disconnect. But after clearing the boot cache, the watch issue has gone away. Not entirely sure about the stereo; it still happens but I don't know if it's the stereo or the phone.
No problems here. What headset are you using?
Developer settings, choose bluetooth "maximum connectivity" mode. It is default set to auto or highest quality. Worked for me with akg bluetooth headphones cutting out when mowing grass with phone in my pocket.

You're talking about "Bluetooth Audio LDAC Codec: Playback Quality?" That's only for LDAC transmissions, and AFAIK, AKG headphones do not support LDAC.
My issues have come back, so now my watch and car stereo keep disconnecting from the phone. I'll eventually get around to exchanging this at T-Mobile and hoping it was just the phone.

I was not aware of that. Still fixed my problem maybe just random luck then.
not happened on mine. I connect to my BOSE QC30 every day and to JBL link300 sometimes. Connection qualiy is great. even better than my original Pixel XL
I haven't had any problems, in fact, I had the same issues on my v20. I use a "car kit" for my car and it connects fast and is reliable. I've only used 2 of my sets of headphones (I have 3 others) but have never had any problems (LG Tone Pro and soundPeats q30).
I have problems with my car, every time i turn off my car, i have to paired it again.
Don't know if s software.
My s8 plus works fine.
So i got brand new S21 ten days ago, Exynos model, and i right away got type-c to 3.5mm adapter for my headphones (not original Samsung), i immediately noticed white noise when playing any media in any app.
Now i just bought AKG oem Samsung headphones with type-c connector thinking this will solve the problem and the noise is even worse, 10x stronger.. these headphones are unusable. EDIT: tried on A71, works fine.
Anyone else having the same problem?
What's strange is that when for example in YT video is complete silence noise disappears, but when there's sound noise appears.. noise is switching off and on in silent and loud scenes.
On my Xiaomi BT Earphones sound is perfect, so it has to be due to audio port on the phone.
I have only used true wireless Earbuds so I can't offer experience with the type C port. All I can say is that all of my Bluetooth audio is free of hiss.

You need an adapter with a built-in DAC like this one.

Thanks, will try to find one locally, lots of stuff on amazon is not available, or way too expensive for adapter..
