I've tried to set the fingerprint scanner on but can't find where to set it on. The unlock setting screen doesn't have it as a choice.
Did you add your fingerprints? If so, that screen has the option to turn it on, at the bottom.

If you are like me and go NUTS from the keyboard continually popping up when you are writing and your wrist hits the screen I have a recommendation.
It is called "Invisible Grip" and can be enabled or disabled from the Notification Bar.
What it does is allow you to disable the edges of your screen. If you disable just the bottom when you are writing in Notes this means no more annoying keyboard popups! Yay!
You need the pro version to enable just the bottom and adjust the size. Only a buck so totally worth it.

You could also try an app called Screen Filter.

How does Screen Filter do what this does?
Yikes! Teach me to post while I'm too sore to see straight. The app I meant to mention is Touch Blocker. Still in beta but available here at XDA. Apologies for mentioning the completely wrong app.

Yep. Well worth $2 for custom zones. I mean dude, it's $2.
How do I get rid of the warning? I'm on unlimited data so I don't care that I'm at 2 gigs but I can't get rid of it. I'm on android 4.04 AOKP
The same on Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 running ics 4.0.4

Easiest way is to raise the limit

No option to do that in AOKP that I can see
Grab the red bar under Settings > Usage and drag it up to some luscious amount of data that you'll never use lol.

Has anyone tried taking pictures after installing photosphere and have this show up? If so do you know how to get rid of it?

I should mention.. I get this using the stock camera app. Not photosphere.

Have this same issue after updating to beans 17. No problems if I set it to save to phone instead of the card...

...or does the second screen totally replace it?
I like having colored lights I can spot from a distance.
No led , sorry....
I'm glad there's no LED.
Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
I loved the led. I love the second screen as well, but from a distance led would be better.
Sent from my LG-H901 using Xparent Skyblue Tapatalk 2
I guess I don't need LED because my phone is never more than an arm's length away from me.
Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
Good point. When I keep it on my night table, I cannot see the second screen, led would be ideal for that. Unless you are using your super senses?
Sent from my LG-H901 using Xparent Skyblue Tapatalk 2
Ha ha! I don't need anything when it's on my nightstand because I'm usually sleeping. Its usually in my hand. Can't you tell by how quickly I post?

Lol, good point... AGAIN!! I always have my phone with me too, it's rare when I don't, but for those few times... I NEED MY LED!!

Ha ha! I hated it on the G2 and didn't bother to disable it on the G3. Definitely don't miss it on the V10.

Though I used to jailbreak my iPhones. Which I found out is a totally different animal than routing an Android.

I never jailbroke an Apple product, but you don't get full customization still, correct? My girl has an iPad, would love to jailbreak it for fun... She'd probably get mad. Did you find any real benefit to doing so?
Sent from my LG-H901 using Xparent Skyblue Tapatalk 2
Never got the anywhere near the customization that younger with Android but it was pretty cool.
Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
Coming from the Note 3, I thought I would miss the notification LED. Same for me, the phone is always arms reach away. So it doesn't bother me.

It was a pain to jailbreak. New versions of iPOS would mean having to wait for a new jailbreak... which would lead to "tethered" and "untethered" jailbreaks. I'd always wait for the untethered jailbreak. Tethered jailbreaks mean you'd have to connect it back to a computer and rejailbreak it after it turns off or reboots. Customizations on jailbroken idevices don't come anywhere near the customizations of android. I WAS an iphone fanboy until the Dell Streak came out. The OG android phablet with donut 1.6.
