HI Everyone,
Ive tried a leather case - didint like it as you have to flip open flaps to access it and makes phone calls akward.
Ive tried an alloy case - you have to open it to use it and use the keyboard
Silicon Case - bad experience using these because I used one on my old Nokia N73 and it still dented the housing when it was dropped.
Now, does anyone know where to get a crystal clear plastic hard case that has 2 parts, one to cover the front and one to cover the back whicl still getting access to the screen. I know the screen wont be protected but a screen protector will do the job of preventing scratches. Also, a swivel belt clip screw mount on the back will be nice too,
I know there are some for the Wizard, but I havent seen any for the Hermes yet. This case will be ideal as you get all the access to the device and you dont hide the beauty of it behind leather and alloy like in other cases.
Any help will be appreciated

Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I just had a look on eBay and there aren't any listed there. I would have thought that if anybody was manufacturing such a case that they would be available on FleaBay.
I posted an almost identical post requiring the same thing not so long ago- no repsonses as of yet!
These are widely available for many other 'slider' phones but not yet for our one.
Ive sent two request to Boxwave. Their response is need more request.
I have been looking for a Crystal Case before I even got my 8525. I love this type of case. Sadly though it doesn't exist yet.
If you guys gohere and request an Active Case maybe we will have one soon. Note you must select Active Case because the web page loads with a check mark next to the ClearTouch Anti-Glare and that's not the same.
yep, i put in a request.
this type of case will be ideal as it will show the sleek lines of the tytn/jasjam, protect it, and allow keyboard access without unclipping anything.
what could be simpler....?
i think the best bet is going to be check with boxwave to see when they get it, i personally did not like the crystal clear on my 8125 it just felt wrong i gave it to one of my coworkers

What felt so wrong about it?
As title states. I want a TPU case that is as clear as possible from the product. I was going to go a hard crystal case which are obviously extremely xlear but they just don't have the same shock properties.
The best I can find so far is the poetic which can be found here but I seriously HATE the fact you can't see the sexy red border because it is hidden behind the grey on that case.
I dare say they had to use a different material for the border for maximised button pressing or something. Either way, it is the closest I can find but not perfect. Anybody have any ideas? (preferably without that stupid S design)
I just got this one last week and so far I like it a lot. The sides are clear with a rough texture. You can see the red stripes through it and the back has a nice X design. No branding to mar it. It takes a couple of weeks, the boat from China is way slow!

I had two of these for my One X and didn't like the fit and finish. They kept lifting my screen protector. Maybe the quality has improved...
EDIT: Nevermind. Didn't read.
Hello All,
Just thought I would pass this along in case there was anyone like me who regretted buying the white HAM2 due to it's slipperyness. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I almost dropped it due to it's slick surface and all the aftermarket covers I bought (5) made it just too big, so I bought an OEM back/battery case cover from the location below pretty cheaply.

When I bought mine (black one) I saw in amazon reviews that the white and the black one were different in that the back covers were smooth vs textured, which tipped my decision for the black version. Also didn't want it to be confused for a sammy product also . Thanks for the link in case my cover ever gets damaged I know where to get it. :good:

Can you please take a picture of your HAM2? I want to see what a white HAM2 would look like with a black back. Or, if anyone else wants to mess around, a black HAM2 with a white back. Like the "white" Nexus 5.

Why did I not think of that haha. Side picture possibly? The back edge is a bit curved. If it's not too much trouble.
Her you go. You actually can see the white side trick with the black back in the side on view. It may look a bit Frankensteinish, but what the heck, I like not dropping it.
I got one of the Xtremeguard clear back protectors. They always have 80-90% off so they can be had for cheap. Works to protect and is also grippy.

Dunno why Huawei made the white cover slick compared to the black one. Noone likes slippery phones. Odd choice.
I'll help you!

Hi,
I've used the quick circle case with my G4 and I wanted the same on my G5. The main problem is that the case causes scratches on the display:
Around the window
On the right side
All over the mesh part of the cover
I've attached an image and marked some areas with red arrows. At first I thought that it is just dirt, but I'm unable to clean this.
Has some one else the same issues?
cheers
Yes mate mine is exactly the same it is actually LG's folio cover causing the scratching??

I'm so glad I read this! I have had my G5 for just two weeks and thought that the Folio case was a good idea. How wrong I was. Scratches have already appeared just under the window part of the case. I have contacted LG UK about the issue and sent photos. I am waiting for a reply. I am sure they will do nothing.
In the meantime I have posted a damning review of the case on Amazon UK. I hope no one else wastes their money on this case which has left me gutted and speechless. It's worse than having no protection at all.
Hey guys!
So I received my FlexiCase for the OnePlus 5 today! I can finally move away from my custom case.. (a oneplus 3 case with the camera slot cut out!) I am delighted to see that Orzly are one of the first big-name brands with their cases out! I had the FlexiCase for my OnePlus 3 last year and loved it, so purchased this one the moment I saw it up for pre-order on amazon.
Now lets get into the review!
One of the first things you see in the package when you open it is a letter from the companies co-founder, hoping that you like the product!
http://imgur.com/a/TpGJG
Now onto the packaging, its similar to other products. Dead front you can see through the clear piece of plastic a part of your case, and the rest of the white, orange and gray packaging is surrounding it. The back of it houses some information about Orzly, some social media handles and tells you how you can win some free prizes!
Taking the case out of the packaging, it is a flexible gel case, as the name implies. All the buttons are covered by the case, and the case has protruding areas, along with a gap between the volume up and down buttons to help you determine which is which!
Putting the phone into the case, all the ports, including the camera and alert slider line up perfectly as you can see in the images below! None of the microphones are covered, which is great seeing as I had read of a few companies had covered the one by the camera at the back! Speaker lines up perfectly, and there is ample room for your dash charge cable and headphone jack to fit in, without pushing up the case. The alert slider has a nice little touch, there is a little bit of a space behind it so that your thumb can fit in nicely, without having to struggle! It is actually very useful and you will be able to see it in the images where I compare it with the OnePlus3/3t FlexiCase. Around the back in the bottom right there is a small bit of Orzly branding, which isn't really too obtrusive and is very small.
http://imgur.com/a/wNlwp
There is a lip around the screen, which would be able to protect your device should you drop it and will help to protect you from scratches!
http://imgur.com/a/wEg9a
My opinions? This case is great for anybody who loves the thinness of the OnePlus 5. It sits nearly flush with the back, yet protects the camera. Even though it is thin, it protects the screen which is great! I personally got the clear one, but they do have other matte colours should you want them such as black, red and blue! A link to buy can be found here! (change .co.uk to .com or whatever depending on your location!)
If you have any questions about this case, feel free to ask below and I will reply!
Mine also arrived, pretty standard, good quality and it's nice to be able to see the phone!
I like the oneplus original cases they look that good to me that I spent a extra 100 on Cases. I like every one. They case is OK too though
Mine also arrived today seems pretty good

I think the one from spigen i used on op3 is much better as it is a more hybrid material. Meaning the plastic at the edges is more solid. The edges on the orzly one are too soft so they are moving easily, i dont think it can protect the edges from high impact. Im sure if you dropp it on a edged surface like the edges of some stairs, the edges will bend back and the screen or edges will be f***ed for sure. I will buy a spigen hybrid crytal clear as soon as they pop up on amazon germany.

Ah yeah, this is the flexicase its a bit different. I used the orzly fusion bumper case mainly on my op3 last year, which would be an equivalent to that spigen i believe
That's going to be a nice shade of nicotine brownish yellow in about a month.. Whether you smoke or not.
Will never buy a clear case again for this reason.

Sooo much this. You'll need to replace this case monthly if you want to keep enjoying it. It'll look like crap soon.
Only way I'll get a clear case is if the back is hard plastic that won't discolor and the edges need to be a solid color TPU.

Have to say the one case thats nearly clear which doesn't discolour (noticeably) is the Tech 21 variants, they have a mesh so it's no completely apparent.
But yea I learned long ago that clear cases are a no no, nicotine brown is not a good look.

Aye it does go bad after a while, I had one years ago when i smoked and put two and two together, but it's just grime that it picks up, stick with smokey ones now or black.
Supposed they still get filthy but cant' see it as much.
Worst thing about it is they look amazing when you first get them

They do but those aren't even shipping yet. When I ordered my black case on Amazon back on June 24th the listing said shipping would start on July 13th. I've already dropped my slippery OP5 once and have a small dent to show for it. I hope the case arrives while I still have something to protect with it.

Same here. I loved the concept of a clear case to show off a nice phone. First time using a clear case was the one that came with my OPx. Didn't take long for it to start turning that nicotine brownish yellow color. (my bad smoking habit didn't help much of course) Got a black spigen case after that and haven't looked back.
I'm waiting for spigen to come out with one for the OP5 and hopefully they do so quickly. I nearly had a heart attack when I dropped it onto the concrete while exiting my work van. (chevy 3500 so It fell from a pretty good distance) Landed screen first but luckily the gorilla glass 5 held up. Ive also got one of the official OP wooden cases which has so far saved the metal finish from some minor scrapes and dings here and there.

Yep I never buy perfectly clear cases anymore, they always go off colour and look dirty. I've gone with the Otterbox for my OP5 this time around, that might change if I start feeling it's too bulky. BUT I love the knowledge and reassurance of the protection it offers over other slim/flexi cases.

Yeah, transparent plastic anything can vary quite alot I find. Some transparent stuff I've had discolors really easy, others last absolutely years without losing a single thing and still cooking crystal clear. (others, varying degrees in between). Have you got any pics of your 3T FlexiCase to show me how they hold up over the test of time? If it's not that bad, then I do like the idea of having transparent cases, because the phone itself seems pretty nice, so is nice to be able to see it through the case, especially stiff like the logo, etc.. But if it's bad, then would probably just go for a colored version instead.
Looks like even the colored ones are finally available now (even just yesterday, all but the transparent one were all showing on pre-order, so looks like t's a safe bet deliverywise for any of the colors either way now)
www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B072QX9H9G but I would still be keen to get your opinion on this, as transparent would have been my first choice, however it's a very good point that alot of people have raised, so I want to be extra specially careful to hear from real people who have used them before knowing which color to get. Main thing is I want it to look nice!
Thanks.
