So i had the moto 360 for about a year and today upgraded to the 2015 edition. I fired it up and connected it to my Phone. (galaxy S6) all went well and after fully started it gave me the message an update was available.
So i swiped left and hit the install button. Nothing happened. After a while i got back to the home screen of the watch and saw a message pop up that google play services wasnt installed on my Phone. So i removed all data from google play services and resetted the watch again. After reconnected to my Phone still got the same message. when going to settings and start the update from the about screen i get a strange white screen with this on it:

Does anyone know what to do?? going to a previous wear version isnt working... because i get the message to get the latest wear version first. Im afraid that with the connection of the 2015 version of the 360 android wear on the Phone have pushed the moto2360 2014 update to it. would it normally reset the cache of an update when you reset the moto360? Or is my moto 360 now having the wrong software version on its memory not being able to install it?
I had this problem at first, too. You just have to wait until the update has been downloaded completely, your watch will give you the option to update then. Make sure to be connected to a wifi network for some hours at least.
Why I never recived any update? I've the moto 360 2015 since november..
EDIT: my build number is LLA44S
LLA44S is the latest updates, yet...

I am not sure if it is a single problem of mine or other Asia user of G Watch experiencing the same? My watch rom is 78N, but I understand the latest one shall be 78Y already.... May I know if it is possible to force update the ROM?
The firmware will roll out in stages - not everyone will get it at the same time. Just wait and you will get. Im in the UK and not received it if that helps.
I'am from Germany and also have no Update so far, so we need to be patient

I waited for 2 days ???And then I get tired....so I reset my watch...viola...after all the pairing and setup....go to check update...its downloading...???....installed fine....make sure your watch is not rooted or it'll brick I heard. From 78V to 78Y.

Yes me too....did watch reset and down came the update.
But.....most apps I had not on the watch now.
I've tried resyncing the apps in the phone Android Wear app but no luck.
Anyone have any suggestions please?
It's been hours and only two of about ten or more apps I had previously are back on watch.
It looks like you have uninstall and then reinstall the parent app....but what you do with all parent settings....they'll be lost and probably all your data too!

I just bought Google Home. Configured it and looks like everything is fine...a part the fact that cannot connect to the Sony TV I got in the end of last year.
It's a new model of 2016 and my phone and tablet can cast to it, the Google Home application see it but I don't know why I cannot add it. I also updated to the last version of Google Cast app for Android TV. When I go to settings "add TV & Speakers" it just shows Google Home, I click "add", it scan the network..see it (!!!), already place the blue check, I press add...and nothing. It goes back to the previous sceen and nothing changed, it shows the Google Home device and nothing more.
I tried to...
- Rename the TV
- Clear the Google Cast App cache
- Restart the TV
- Uninstall and reinstall the uptades of Google Cast
- Change network
Don't know anymore what to do but I really would like to use Google Home full potential and cast video/pictures to my TV via this device.
Hope anyone can help.

I had problem with accidentally updating my Oreo 8.1 SGS9+ to Pie while being modded with Swift Installer. It failed. So I had to flash stock Oreo rom with Odin to get it working. I did a factory reset to get it running because it couldn't optimize apps.
On clean Oreo I tried to restore my old progress by logging to my main Gmail. As it always worked on all my devices in the past. But FML now everything refuses to work.
When I tried to log at the welcome screen and restore data from the old device (same model same system) NOT create new it shows something like this

I'm looking everywhere for a solution as I can't get past welcome screen and i won't create new (exactly same) device because I don't believe at all that Google won't overwrite the data I NEED.
Google support is also on top of **** - https://support.google.com/drive/answer/6305834?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&oco=1 by manage they understand DELETE.
What should I do. I even flashed lineageOS 15 as i thought its Samsung fault as its also based on oreo 8.1

I have skipped the welcome screen to add account and see what will be restored. NOTHING no call logs, SMS, calendar, and of course no apps. Play store sees only 10 random apps when I can easily" count on my fingers" to 50

After i've struggeling to get TWRP Recovery working with my Device (Rock 64) on Android Pie (TV), i installed the gapps for Android TV, because it didn't came with the firmware (i think it's a "generic" rockchip build for this device, it's weird).
I got gapps flashed successfully i'm facing another issue, i can't pass the logon screen. The screen that we have when we turn on our device with gapps for the first time.
When i try to logon to activate my device, he try with ethernet and finally said that there is a issue with ethernet and ask me for wifi, but this device doesn't have wifi and bluetooth.
Strangely enough, if i plug a keyboard and press the windows key, it open google now apps and i can search for everything and.. it works just fine so i don't understand why i can't login, i'm pretty stuck with this screen now.

and i can't do anything else, it tried with my phone, he gave me a code and next immediatly show "error occured" (so it's not really a network issue if he can check it...)

As i can see i've got a lot of error for bluetooth but.. as i said, there is no bluetooth on this device and this error :

Android 10 is here! You can now update to 52.1.A.0.532.
Dark mode is here! Launcher was not updated, so no gestures, and things like the Google search bar stay light in dark mode as a result. Recent apps / multitasking is the same as it was on Pie.
Digital Wellbeing and other Android 10 goodies are of course available.

Having couple of issues on my XZ2 Premium (in Singapore)
1) Fingerprint unlock is very slow or unresponsive now. It seems to unlock fast only with phone in hand and upright towards face.
2) Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and (more importantly to me) the NFC icons are no longer persistent notification on the top bar.
3) Most importantly, the Panorama icon/app is missing in Camera app
