Any other keyboard I downloaded from Google Play it is working good and no problem but the original Samsung keyboard it is not working

Hey i'v got the same problem. On stock rom (pap3540duo mtk6575m) I can pair my bluetooth keyboard but not connect. I've managed to port rom from acer z120 (liquid z2) and there my keyboard works fine but wi-fi and cellular phone don't work. I tried to install only mtkbt.appk from acer rom on my stock but the wireless input device apk does not show in menu. How can I fix it? Any ideas? Sorry for digging up old post but it's related. Hi All,
I bought a generic bluetooth keyboard for my flytouch 9s 10.1" 4.2.2 tablet.
I coupled it with the tablet but it doesn't show in the language input section
and when I try and use it to type within an office page ...zilch shows, just the vitual keyboard.
Is there somethiing I have missed or is it just not compatible.
A wireless one works fine and shows up.
ANY help will be most welcome.

me too, googled for a while and found out that the problem is caused by custom ROM. I'm using note 3 n900 with dr.ketan ROM and every time i tried to reset the gear S and reinstall gear manager its always FC "Saproviders has stopped" and the notifications+music control wont work, it's just useless. but then i flashed back stock ROM and there's no FC, gear S works as it should be.
I have a 'Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential ' with some touch problem. .i want to disable the Touch Input of the device but without disabling the external Keyboard and mouse control.I used "Touch Lock"app from play store ..bt It will also disables the Keyboard and mouse controls...Somebody please help me...
I have a FINTIE bluetooth keyboard which pairs up fine with the Tab S4 but then the keyboard is non responsive after that and it just doesn't work at all. None of the keys work or do anything when you pound on them. In settings, it says the keyboard is paired and connected for TEXT INPUT. Does anyone have some ideas about how to get this to work?
ISSUE RESOLVED: It was a custom ROM flash issue. I flashed a stock ROM via Odin and my Bluetooth keyboard connects and works just fine now.
