OK I'm new here that's why I couldn't post in the devolpment forums. Anyways I installed the pacrom 5.1.1 last night and it went good. The problem that I have is that when I connect to my Bluetooth radio in the car the audio of any music from my phone sounds like a chipmunk. Anyway to fix this ?
search the forums. there were some people talking about this bluetooth audio problem with CM12.1

Hi,
First of all, sorry for posting in this forum(I think this should be in the dev forum).
I recently installed supermaster34's CM9 with the bluetooth patch in my GP 5 INTL, but since then I have been unable to use my old Jabra BT620 bluetooth headphones(which worked perfectly in GB). I have tested them on other devices succesfully(to see if they are working properly), so my question is... Is the A2DP bluetooth profile broken in the patch? (im using supermaster's CM9)
Thanks
Any help would be really appreciated...

Honestly I don't know. If it worked on GB it will work with the Bluetooth patch. Maybe the profiles don't work with the player 5?

Well, it worked in GB. Every other bluetooth function works properly(file transfer, searching and listening to other devices, pairing), but it just refuses to stream audio to my bluetooth stereo headphones. Maybe it is a problem within ICS??
Thanks for your previous answer!

If it worked on GB but doesn't work on ICS then it is a problem with ICS. I don't really know much about bluetooth profiles so I'm sorry for my kinda useless answers
Thanks, don't worry, maybe it's a problem within cm9 (I will investigate about it). In that case a more up to date source would be the answer.

is CM9-NIGHTLY-121116-Defy a2DP compilant ?
Hi,
I am using motorola defy and updated with CM9-NIGHTLY-121116-Defy, now my android is updated to icream sandvich and everything is working fine.
But my planktronics backbeat 903+ bluetooth headset which are a2dp compilant are not working with my mobile phone.
When android 2.2 was installed earlier everything was working fine with them, i was able to make calls and listen music to them.
please provide a fix for this.

The same thing happened to me, when i went back to stock ROM and then re-flashed cm9, it worked for me. not sure if its a complete fix for anyone, but i thought i should put it out there.
Wondering if anyone else has been having problems with bluetooth under CM10? I'm finding that playing audio over bluetooth now results in a very choppy playback, with skips and starts as if the signal is not strong enough. This is playing from my car kit to my car stereo which are the exact same distance apart as they have always been, but last week or so on latest nightlies it has been terrible. Have the CM guys stepped down the power to bluetooth or something perhaps?

KNOWN ISSUES
- FM Radio (will never implemented and it will never work)
- The room is unstable, although i have not encountered problems and photo-shooting there are no problems
- tethering Wi-Fi and partially not working
- Bluetooth Audio does not work ,
- Will be implemented as soon as possible
to the first call it can happen that, on the other hand there will feel, subsequent calls will be perfect.
Flash last update nightly CM10 , should you have solved the problem ... if you have installed last update and the bluetooth does not work , wipe date , reflash CM10 ....

Hi Folks
Hope someone has an advice or opinion for a problem i have and did not find a solution searching through the forums. The 4.2.2 Bluetooth sound quality is no issue and also no distractions when using with my Parrot Asteroid in my car.
My problem is that when I am finished driving and have an active conversation running and I switch back to device speaker (internal or external does not matter!!!), the sound never comes back to the speakers but the microphone is switching properly to the device's mike iso the BT system. If I switch back to Bluetooth I get the sound back to the speakers of the car.
Same symptom on all the 3 4.2 ROMs I loaded so far (currently running on Dragon's Fusion ROM).
Thanks for any help!
I have exactly the same problem and by far no solution.
Strange new problem...
I use a bluetooth car stereo, and on my phone I have "Smart AudioBook". Basically what happens it, when I start the engine, the phone and stereo sync automatically and it starts playing my audiobook from where it left off. When I turn the car off, it stops.
This all worked fine when I was using a previous ROM (one of the SuperNexus ones, 4.2.2 I think).
I recently changed my ROM though and upgraded to the CM10.2 jellybean 4.3 rom.... but there was some pretty terrible battery issues, and the bluetooth problem started. (Which ill describe below).
I thought it might be a ROM issue though so I tried SlimBean (another jellybean 4.3 rom) and that fixed the battery problem, but the Bluetooth issue was still there... but I couldnt see ay other references to 4.3 causing bluetooth problems (they were apparently all in 4.2, though I never had an issue before..)
THE PROBLEM:
The book will play normally, for a couple minutes or so, but then suddenly the audio will stop, and the stereo screen will say "paused". But if I look at my phone screen, the audiobook is still running (silently thought). I cannot unpause it using the stereo button.
BUT.. if I actually pause it on the phone screen, THEN I can unpause using the stereo and it will start playing through the car speakers again.
This cant be a problem with the stereo, as nothing has been altered on it. This is clearly an android thing.
I am considering one of the 4.2.2 ROMS to install next, and see if that solves anything, but I was wondering if anyone out there had any thoughts on other ways to fix this?
Thankyou
Bluetooth and cm dont mix. 4.3 is still in early stages. Best bet is custom stock based 4.1.2
This has bin covered alot.

Hello,
on my I9300 i have tried Slimbean 4.3 stable and SlimKat 4.4 weeklys now and i always had the problem that I can't switch back to speaker or earpiece if device is paired to a bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker in my car.
This problem is also described in a posting in cyanogenmod forum. I cant post links but just search for "[10.1.3] Can't Switch Back To Speaker Or Headset Earpiece If ..." on google.
Until now I have found no solution. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?
It works perfectly with stock ROM but I dont want to change back...
Thanks for your help

Tried it again several times with Slimbean and Cyanogenmod Roms. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. A driver problem?
