[Q] how can use square face on lg g watch w100 - LG G Watch

this is not really good looking to use circle face on a square face watch > lg gwatch w100
how can i conver cicle faces to square ?

I don't think there is a way to convert circle to square automatically unless the developer implemented it. You just have to find watch faces that supports square watches. Weareal is one of my favorite for this watch.

Control Your Home Automation Devices Using Android Wear (Video)

I finally figured this out. I have Insteon and Z-wave devices being controlled by an ISY controller (google these if you are not familiar). I basically used Tasker and the Mobilinc plugin to create a task to control my garage door. Then I created a tasker widget for that task on my phone. I then installed wearable widgets on my new LG G watch so any widget can be controlled on the Android Wear smart watch.
ie. This allows me to open or close my garage door with a single tap on my LG G watch. You could control any home automation device or program you have directly from your smart watch running Android Wear!!! :cyclops:
This took my some time to figure out.
Hope you enjoy!!!
Home Automation / Android Wear Video
Awesome.. I got some wemo light switch and switches to control my TV and room lights from the watch. Going to do the main door and garage door next month

[Q] LG G Watch, Android Wear 5.0 and no accessibility settings option

I have a LG G Watch running Android Wear 5.0 and I can't find the accessibility settings (magnify, inverse colours, large fonts) under the settings menu. Is this just a problem on my watch or are other LG G Watch users also missing these options?

It definitely seems to be missing in this release of the Android Wear system. Possibly pushed back to another release for some reason? Or possibly unavailable for our screen size.
Yes, it seems this feature wasn't introduced to every type of watch or only partially added.

Hiding Watch Faces doesn't work

Hi there,
on my Moto 360 2nd gen it seems that the option to hide watch faces doesn't have any effect...
I followed these instructions:
1) Open the Android Wear app on your phone.
2) You will notice that the three most recently used watch faces are showing on the main page of the app. Tap the More button to show you all the watch faces that are pre-installed and that you downloaded from Google Play.
3) To hide any of them, just tap on the three dot menu at the top right of any of the watch face cards and select Hide on watch.
4) You will now notice that watch face is grayed out and it will no longer appear on your smartwatch. You can do this to as many watch faces as you want.
5) If you want to bring back any watch faces that you previous hid, just tap on the same three dot menu and select Show on watch.
But still I can see all the "disabled" watch faces on my watch...
Any suggestion is welcome (and yes I re-synched the watch after applying the changes)
UPDATE: rebooting the watch solved the issues (I also uninstalled Moto Connect from the phone)

Remove Clock Images from ZenWatch

There are quite a number of watch faces that are loaded with the ZenWatch originally. There are also many that I would never use.
Is there a way to remove some of those original faces. When changing a watch face it becomes necessary to go through all of them to find the one that is to be used. It would be convenient to remove those that will never be used.
Is there an easy way to remove those unwanted faces?
Remove the Zenwatch Manager from your phone by uninstalling and from your rooted Zenwatch using Advanced Settings, this will get rid of a lot.
You can disabled unwanted faces in the phone Android Wear App. 3 dots -> hide on watch. This not deleted the faces but they not appear in the face selection on your watch.
Yes, in the Android Wear app (not ZenWatch Manager) you can view all of your watch faces. Next to each watch face are 3 grey dots, tap on the dots and select "Hide on watch" for the watch faces you will never use or don't want on your watch. They will no longer display on the watch so you wont have to scroll through all of them anymore.

Thanks for the help but here is a pic of what my 3 dots are showing. Which one does the trick to hold back the image?

Click on the "More" button in The Watch Faces row. This will show all watch faces. The 3 dots next to each watch face is what you need

Quickest way to start activity on pace

Just got my pace after moving from my old bip but struggling to find a quick way to track an activity.
The only way I seem to be able is scrolling all the way through the Widgets untill I get to a page with the un shown Widgets and select sport.
The manual says to scroll right on the watch face but this does nothing and I see no option to display a sports widget, what am I doing wrong please lol
I am not sure if the layout changed with some uprate... but on mine (latest stock pace rom) sports are one screen to the left of the home screen. all other screens are to the right.
you can change the sequence of the screens and sports in the amazfit app on your phone.
Thank for the reply, I have nothing to the left and can't seem to add a sport widget
I'm on the newest firmware I think as it update as soon a I connected it to the app
Unpaired the watch and re paired and now I can swipe right to access the sport options
