i've notice in call only bottom speaker is working the he weaking then the top
theres a way to make them both work? or switch?(ps i dont want to root) i know theres way with root
in same topic
i've recorded both my phones same distance to microphone
and still won
Left is Z5C , right is WT19 (Sony live WithWalkman)
twice as much...DB meter 10DB different. even without xloud!! ( and the old sony speakers was face backward )
Z5C left speaker channel is 60HZ-22050HZ (impressive for mobile phone but stil weak need to put ur hear very close to hear that)
right channel is 200-24KHZ
they have smaller range but still my old phone louder and my old phone got both speakers 60-24KHZ
use sine wave files to test it ,so maybe not 100% accurate ,

Hi there everyone ! I like to say that u still can make normal phone calls discreetly a bit wiht the x7510 , just tap the speaker icon & adjust both pda & phone volume to second lowest bar , when your call comes in or when u call out , tap the icon again , this time it will show only phone - speaker icon , also adjust to second lowest bar , put your ear to the top speaker while u are holding it vertically , put your mouth about 3 inches away to the bottom mic and talk . U can hear clearly since the top speaker is near your ear , but because u have lower down all 3 volumes , people around u like 3 feet away will only can hear u speak but the person that is speaking to u from the phone will sound like murmuring or mumbling voices . Since it is a speaker phone u cant 100% make a private normal phone call , u got to improvise with the x7510 , that's the way it is gonna be !
Thanks for reading , cheers - jimmunsw
Get a bt headset like the Jabra BT8010 and you are fine. Two advantages (pun intended) of the 8010: it has vibrate and caller id.
Any alternatives?
how to fix lcd .. how much will i get it for ?
My lcd has a black patch on it because i by mistake slept on my phone >.<.
(Also,theres a crack from inside-not the screen!)
Thanks to the one who controls the earth or my life , just a small patch not a big problem , i can still ready everything.
And also , loudspeaker ain't working. The mic is fine , i can hear the caller's voice and he/she can hear mine.(if loudspeaker is turned on while in call , no sound) , fine with headsets on.I can't even play songs on loudspeaker.
Suggestions ?
Topic name*edit)-Broken Screen**
LCD is exspensive (my old phone satio was about 100eur, arc even more...)
so im afraid you will have to use like that..
about loudspeaker you can go to service center.
service centre people said that if they try to repair my speaker...the display might go black >.<
greetings. i have a broken ear piece for couple of weeks and i usually make calls on speaker. but after some time its getting quite annoying that i need to press loud speaker key on screen whenever i make a phone call so. are there any tweaks to set speaker as default? found this app but it uses proximity sensors,
http://m.androidauthority.com/speakerproximity-android-app-review-50810/
i agree it should be a standard android feature, dont you think?
but my problem is i have a broken hardware anyway so why dont make my main speaker as default?
i dont have time to travel a hundred miles to replace that only, but understand if there is nothing we could do about it. just asking. thanks
Hi,
I'm new to this forum and a n00b, so please be gentle
I have an old Xperia Z2 which I bought in 2014. The phone is fantastic, and in complete working condition till now. I recently updated it to Marshmallow as well and it works without a hitch (in comparison to my daily driver - Galaxy Note 4 which went really sluggish with Marshmallow). However, I have a strange problem which I'm unable to rectify. The earpiece volume on the phone has gone really low. This problem popped up sometime last October (even while on Lollipop), and I didn't worry too much about it as I had my Note 4 as a daily driver. But I'm now using 2 SIMs, so I need this phone to work.
The sound from the earpiece has become extremely low, and it is impossible to hear the other person when outside even with low traffic noises. I've tried tinkering with all settings/methods available, shutting off the noise cancelling mic, trying to clean the earpiece grille, performing a hard reset, but nothing helped. However, the volume is fine when playing audio through the speakers (I'm not sure through, I assume that the earpiece doubles up as a speaker - I may be wrong). Everything is fine with wired/wireless earphones though.
Is there a way I can tweak anything to make this better - I mean, all I want is the earpiece volume to be loud enough to be usable. The phone has been out of warranty for a long time, so I'm fine with rooting it. However, I'm a n00b (as already mentioned), and I need some guidance on how to do it. Also, I'm a bit wary of taking it to service, as firstly the phone is out of warranty and repair would cost a bomb surely, and secondly - I don't want to mess up the water resistance (not that I dunk it in water, but it's a nice to have feature).
Can anyone please help me out with this? Also, does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks
if you are rooted and have a working recovery try this audio mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/cro...-dontbelive-marshmallow-stereomod-v1-t3366065. It increases the speaker and earphone volume and i am using this mod on my z2 this is great.
to root your phone on MM http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/general/tool-rooting-23-5-1-291-supersu-t3437280

Not that kind of advanced n00b. Yup I did, the earpiece is at highest volume.
Hey, I have a mate 10 pro c432 v148.
Last weekend I decided to go to the water with the phone as it is supposed to be waterproof (not submerged just a few splashes).
Since then the phone was working normally except for one thing, the ear speaker suddenly outputs the sound at a very low volume (it's there just barely ear able).
Is there anything I can try to do to fix it? It doesn't seem like corrosion to me since it's still working..

There's an app on the play store called unclog your speaker.
Activate stereo+ , place the phone horizontally when u enter the app and run it for couple mins.
If your device is rooted then do this : https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-10/themes/audio-mod-root-t3706954 and run the same app I mentioned before ( Be careful not to dmg your earphone speaker with this mod ! I have no idea how long can u run it maxed out with this mod and frankly I'm not interested in testing it on my own device lol ) - it should provide better results and the speaker experience is much more enjoyable with it.

The application solved the charity of the sound so I can understand the words, but the strength didn't change. I'm a bit afraid putting those mods on :/ wondering if the speaker membrane still has water on it even though 3 days have passed.
Thanks anyway

Yw, as for the mod I'd suggest at least using it without pushing the speakers.
As to why is it so quiet?
Idk, is it quiet enough that you can't make phone calls?
It should be working alright after a splash ( Unless u power hosed it ... ) so it might be just ur imagination.
Earphone speaker is pretty quiet, I was tweaking the mod 2day so I took the time to revert back to stock and it can't even be compared...
You have 2 options so far - Follow the guide I sent you or send it to the service.
The file from that guide should at least bring your speaker back to normal.
I guess I totally got used to it that I forgot how bad the Huawei implementation is.
You might run into issues while doing this like I have with the latest twrp.
Lemme know if you need some help! :good:
