is this possible ?? - LG G2 Mini

hi guys . i read about one years from now that there is away to cheat the phone system storage
by change the apps that you installed in your phone and make it as a system app . by doing that the app wouldn't take any space storage from the phone . is this possible or not..??
btw is there is any option in CM13 for deleting system apps ../.?
ty

Both are possible.. There are apps for these.. An All-in-One app in titanium back up.. I think you need the pro version for some features, but you can find some free apps in app store.

[Q] Anyway to uninstall dell stock apps

I updated using the qdl tool, then updated to 318. Is there anyway to uninstall some of the stock apps I'll never use ?
Install titanium backup and you can uninstall and delete just about anything you want with it

to couple with that.......is there any risk? For instance I use Handcent for the my text client, and everytime I get a text I get both apps open and it's just a PITA.

I like using Titanium Backup to freeze apps that I want to get rid of, this allows you to see what effect that the absence of the app will have on your phone and if you want to restore the app for some reason you can just 'defrost' the app.
Some apps provide services for other apps, this is a good way to test that you don't delete something you need.

I'm guessing that's in the pay version, no?
just turn off notification in default sms app and then hide it with launcher pro or respective replacement launcher.

Yes, you need the pay version of Titanium backup to freeze apps. See this page for the extra features in the paid version.
does the phone need to be rooted for titanium backup or will it work on a unrooted phone ?

[Q] How do I uninstall the apps that came with Mik's CM7?

How do I uninstall some of the apps that came with Mik's CM7 ROM, e.g. CarHome?
shouldn't it be under manage application ?

I don't think that method works because I tried uninstalling Rom Manager and it wouldn't let me. I think titanium backup can remove the apps, go try it out. I don't want to deal with that stuff so I just hide it in launcher pro settings..
use system application remover works best for me.
Some apps cant be removed, they are required for phone to run. You may remove the others with "manage applications" under settings.

Car Home is required for my phone to run?
Titanium Backup will surely do the work ,any application can be deleted ,but dont delete any system application that is needed by the system.
Use root uninstaller. Just be careful..

In my opinion, the best backup app that has worked as advertised in every ROM and every phone I've ever owned is Titanium Backup.
It's quick and easy to install and it's cheap to go pro, plus the dev offers incredible support and provides frequent updates to the software when needed.
You can do batch backups, backup only installed apps or the whole thing, it backup apps with the data; you can do cloud backups as well.

Try Helium. It's really easy to use and you don't have to be rooted. They offer a free version and a premium version that costs $4.99.

Have been using TiB for 2 years now and never had a problem because of frozen apps. But you have to know which app to freeze. Freezing is just like uninstalling so be careful with system apps. Normally rather than freeze, I just uninstall apps and restore from backup with data if required. But you can freeze apps like Maps, may be useful for that.

It also helps if You have multiple launchers, You could freeze the launchers which You don't use, Which will lead to a better battery life and user experience
Always making a backup before doing anything helps a lot .. You'll need it trust me ^_^
Good luck

No longer allows system app hibernation?

I wanna buy this app. But I was reading some reviews that in recent update, it can no longer hibernate system apps?
Here's a direct quote:
"No longer allows system app hibernation This app worked great until they updated it yesterday. I paid 3 bucks to have the ability to greenify Google maps and such because it sucks battery. Worked fine before the update, but now it tells me I can't hibernate system apps!! What did I pay for???"
Can anyone clarify this issue?

It still hibernates system apps. You have to enable it in Device Administrator and a couple of other places for it to work as intended.

That's not the right way to do it. If this APP can hibernate system apps, why one needs to go thru so much of hassle?

If you have the donate version, after installing it, go to Xposed/modules and click the checkbox for Greenify and reboot. Once rebooted, go to SETTINGS>SECURITY>Device Administrators and enable Greenify. Then go to SETTINGS>Accessibility and enable Greenify. If any other dialogs pop up asking for allowing Greenify, allow them also.
Then open Greenify, click the menu button and choose Experimental Features and enable greenifying system apps and any other options.
Then on the main screen, choose the apps you want to Greenify.
That is all.

I Don't have paid version. I am inquiring about the apps ability to hibernate system apps before I Buy it.
And I have a Galaxy S5 running lollipop so xposed is out of question since its requires deoxed rom (And I am running Stock ROM)
What I really want is an official explanation or confirmation from the developer himself, if his app is capable of hibernating system apps without Xposed or removing and installing system apps as user apps.
As someone else pointed that xposed is necessary to enable experimental features, i did not want all that stuff so I decided to uninstall system apps and install as user apps.

System app hibernation is possible only with Xposed and donation pack.
If you want this straight from the horse's mouth, wait for the horse.
