Hello Everyone,I was wondering if there is somewhere a Galaxy S3 i9300 Nandroid backups collection of Stock Firmwares. It would be nice and useful if someone wants to restore his phone bypassing Odin ^^
Nope
Then why not create one here on xda?

You do know that Nandroid backup does not only contain the stock firmware right? If we were to share our Nandroid backups then it'll be quite foolish of us if we do really do that

You can always do an advanced backup choosing what to and not to backup I think,or we can do nandroids with freshly installed stock firmware

Still no. Nandroids will still contain some personal files and information even if you do a custom one. Don't be too lazy and just use your own.

Post yours first .
Stock roms are usually available in cwm flashable zip format in several threads, so a nandroid of the same would not be useful and would probably contain some personal/phone specific data.
Not a good idea.
my IMEI is null can anyone get me a backup of efs by kTool
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.hellcat.droiddev.ktool&hl=en
and please tell me all the details about your rom so i can get it and flash it to get the generic IMEI.
Thanks in Advance.

Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=17587351
So i flashed the 4.1.2 on my device and on another one (also a GS3).
while the other device works perefectly mine can't seem to register to the network and after checking it has the 0049 IMEI thing.
the thing is i flashed a rom that belonges to my country but dosn't have anything to do with any mobile operator.
so, now, what can i do to regain the ability to make phone calls again.
it does seem to be able to connect to the mobile network but its gives me the messege "Selected network (Pelephone) not available".
should I just try to flash the ROM that belonges to my mobile operator?? is there a way to just fix it while remaining with the ROM i already flushed?
thanks in advanced!
There is no instant solution, if flashing the latest 4.3 firmware doesn't solve the problem.
Search and read for the most likely things to try, backup your efs folder first.

is there any reason to backup the efs folder now?
There is never a reason to not backup the efs.

Can't find an easy way to back it up...
Can i do it wirhout rooting my device? Can't i just copy the folder from somewhere? Its not on the root of the device
also, there's this "0" folder in my device which has all the content from before the flush.
isn't it possible I can find the original esf folder in there?
Try to flash efs backup or efs_cwm updater.. you may need to flash modem too:good:

I don't have an EFS backup, I was foolish enough not to create one.
any way, can you explain better about these other things you told me to do?

You don't need a backup from your phone.. Just download file named efs_cwm_flasher.zip
You can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2331853
You need to flash modem if that didn't work alone.. So u need to flash both of the files..
And to flash them you need a custom recovery..
For the other solutions it is a ROM I made that is based on 4.3 official touchwiz with good performance..
