Possible to see which apps are set to allow automatic updating?

Is there any way I can see this without looking in the settings for each app in the market?

I'm using titanium backup for that purpose

Can't see 3rd Party Apps

When sideloading non-market apps, they don't show up in the app manager application so I can't remove them. Anyone have any ideas? They show up and function in the app drawer.
Which apps?

[Q] Is there an app that finds what apps that slows you phone down?

Good morning,
Is there an app that will monitor your Android system that will indicate which app is showing down you system? I am not looking for a task killer or something like that but rather an app that will analysis your phone and find the app that is showing it down so I can Uninstaller it. Thank you.
Du booster and clean master offer analysis and other stuff which may do what you are after

I would suggest Clean Master, it will notify you if an app is using up too much memory.

Uninstalling System Apps after finding alternatives

As the title says, I've found some great alternatives to my Messaging and Phone apps and would like to know if I can uninstall those apps and only use my alternatives?

Depends on the app. Just freeze it first and see if it causes issues. If it doesn't then delete it to free up space

I'll give it a shot. Thanks.
EDIT: Freezing the app disabled the actual call functionality from the entire phone, even from the user app PixelPhone Pro. Is there no way to disable just the stock phone interface without disabling it functionality?

You can disable certain components of apps using root. Like, if you don't want to see the default messaging app you can disable that activity. In your case, you can disable the dialer activity and it won't show up in your activity drawer, it also won't be launchable from other apps either, yet the rest of the app is still fully functional.

How would I do that? I'm rooted and have Titanium Pro installed.

(Q) What alternative apps you use besides Google?

Want to know what alternative apps any of you all use besides any Google apps? Trying to cut down on the spying. Lol.
