I recently put a rom on my watch but after flashing the watch won't completely boot up . It's stuck in a boot loop and don't know how to get it back to stock .
Any help would be appreciated
You shouldn't have been using Gohma anyway, it's completely out of date (unless I'm mistaken and it's become active again). However for getting the watch back to stock, take a look at the LG G Watch Restore Tool available here in the G Watch section of the forums.

If you have a custom recovery installed than you can just flash the stock rom LG has provided for the public.
This happened to me not to long ago. The LG support tool is the software you'll be looking for. Download, install, connect device while holding up and use the tool to do the rest.
This is a friends device. They were using the phone and all of a sudden it crashes on them. Now it will show the LG logo and go to a white screen and freeze or go to a blue screen and freeze. I have wiped the cache and memory numerous times
Is it safe to assume the phone is just dead? I can't find any ROMS or way to flash the stock OS image to the phone.
Any help would be appreciated

There isn't much about LG Transpyre, on XDA.
This is a Verizon phone?
Try Power the Device Up in Safe Mode - LG Transpyre™
or Perform a Factory Data Reset (Device Powered Off) - LG Transpyre™
There maybe something in [Q] LG Transpyre Root [4.4.2] by Verdictator
Because there is not a specific forum for your device, I will request that this thread will be moved to Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I recently got the Moto E 2015 and I just decided to root the phone yesterday. I got through the whole process fine and all and I decided to remove some bloatware. Now the problem is that I removed the googleHome.apk which is the widget and now my phone which can't detect it, is stuck on a boot loop, essentially rendering it useless. Please help, I've already tried factory reset in hopes that I could get to the home screen but even then I'm stuck with a black screen
EDIT: I can still get into Recovery mode, but I can seem to find a stock ROM for my model. It's the XT1527
EDIT: Never mind, I got it working again
Hello. I recently put a custom ROM on my D605 that didn't work very well so I returned to the stock. Unfortunately, after an update, the phone bricked and can't get past the CWM menu. I'm stuck in recovery. I tried wiping all the cache and data and installing another ROM but that didn't fix it. Any ideas what might help?
Check kdz files (stock android 4.4) in this site - lg-firmwares.com/lg-d605-firmwares
I needed D60520b_00.kdz, but i downloaded HUN(Europe/HU/Hungary) version D60520h_00.kdz and it seemed to work for my phone. Now it is alive after 5 mouths!
Try to kdz-flash this phone, my old one l7II was in the same condition after battery popped out while updating in recovery
(i was searching for something under my desk and i accidentaly pulled power cord connected to phone, so it fell off my desk). After flash phone was not turning on at all, but i connected charger and charged it to 100%, then everything was fine.
I have also bricked device and i cant find anywhere kdz file to download.phone restart in Emergency mode and recovery.
Please don't lie that there is no ROM in kdz file for your smartphone... Here You have the best website (in my opinion) to search for LG firmware:

Put your phone in Emergency Mode, then try to recovery with LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOLS.
It´s less complicated, only need to installa the drivers and have a internet conexion.
so i was trying to root my watch and ended up bootloping it, afterwards I used http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-watch/development/script-lg-g-watch-tool-t2820863 to try to restore my watch to stock and ended up flashing an older version on android onto the device. I can get into the bootloader but I need help as I don't know how to fix my device.
edit: fixed it thanks to http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-watch-r/general/how-restored-to-stock-ota-rooted-enjoy-t3187017 and http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-watch/general/download-lg-g-watch-factory-images-t3403199
