Please my Samsung Galaxy s6 model number SM-G920k does not have a sim toolkit stk.app which is very important in our country kenya for sim services, anyone plz help on what to do to install the stk.app and the source
The source you will never get. That is a closed sourced app that many are not excluding anymore and few and fewer places use it. It might still be there but without a ui for people to mess with.

Folks,
Does anyone know where I can get the unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, USA, AT&T network? I tried one web service in which I've had good service with other phones in the past but they were not able to obtain the code this time. I really need this code today, if at all possible.
Thanks,
C
Problem solved. Tried another online service and they were able to get the unlock code. PM if you would like to know who or if a moderator says it's OK, I will post their name.

So basically, I've never really brought any phones from people before,
yesterday I brought a Galaxy S6 but is a fake.
I dont get any 4g coverage only 3g, and have noticed heaps of other things wrong with it! No Knox etc
The phone works 100% etc, but is there anyway I can get Australian Version Android on it so its not in chinese language etc?
Im only new to all this, so if you're going to tell me something on how to fix etc, please explain in depth.
TIA!
Hello my friends,
I'm From Brazil, and i brought a Galaxy s6 Edge SM-G925A in another country...
When i come back to Brazil, my S6 was problems with 3g/4g and no make or receive calls.
After this, i downloaded a ATT rom to try fix the problem..
Now i lose my original rom clean of s6 (without app of ATT/brand/ and with portuguese language) and my s6 still no make or receive calls now.
Someone know if exist a rom retail, a clean rom for 925A or how i can fix the problem with my mobile date? (3g,4g,call fix?)
If someone help me, i can pay for Paypal
i already change my chip, already did a hard reset...

Thanks everyone
Are you solve this?

Hello everyone,
I've recently purchased a Samsung Stellar second hand from a family member. I intend to use this device for T-mobile(It's a Verizon device) and the device seems to be carrier locked. I've tried five different SIM cards and multiple factory restores for each and only the Verizon chips will work. Verizon customer support refuses to acknowledge both the problem and device, giving me the run-a-round and different and equally unhelpful answers each time. My question is, is there anyone who can help me? I'm looking for a method to either unlock this phone or a root/Cyanogenmod/ROM combination that will allow this device to be more than a glorified music player that also uses apps.

T-Mobile is a GSM network; the Stellar is CDMA - so you aren't taking it *there*. You can take it to a CDMA provider (such as Sprint) or a CDMA network (while not Verizon - since they don't support BYOD) but an MVNO that uses VZW's towers is still a possibility (such as Tracfone). I took my ex-VZW Galaxy Nexus to Tracfone without issues; unlike VZW itself, Tracfone could care less what firmware you use on your devices as long as the firmware itself supports the device. (I use *unified* (tuna) firmware for GNexi (by unified, I mean the firmware supports maguro, toro, AND toroplus devices - as such, it is at home on any Galaxy Nexus) - comes in really handy as the builder is Japanese, and has a maguro GNex, while I have a toro device, and I'm American - and I don't have "sushi" issues - or sashimi issues, either.)
I happen to have a Galaxy Stellar at my elbow, and I'm looking for a community ROM to support it so a friend of mine can pass it down when she retires it. (I'm thinking that it is of a similar age to the GNex; from the legend of the handset itself, it's of the same series as the Galaxy S, and may well be the in-between of the Nexus and S3, as it, like the Nexus, originally ran ICS. If I turn up anything, I'll post it in the thread.
I BOUGHT THIS PHONE FOR A PRETTY PENNY AND I LIVE IN THE U.S. BUT OBVIOUSLY SINCE THE U.S. ALWAYS GETS THE LESSER VERSIONS THERE IS NO SUPPORT HERE TO GET SOME FEATURES WORKING.
--THE MAIN CONCERN I HAVE IS TURNING ON THE ROAMING AND GETTING THE ''BAND LTE" WORKING. ALSO SAMSUNG PAY IS SET TO SOME REGIONAL SETTINGS.
IT INSIST THAT WHEN I WANT TO MAKE CERTAIN CHANGES ^ THAT I SHOULD FIRST INSERT THE LOCAL SIM CARD (sk telcom)
do i need to root the phone to bypass the simcard request? is there some other option?
Called Samsung and they insisted that I call Samsung Korea not Samsung USA . Have had a hard time getting in touch.
not sure why but mine didn't have any issue turning on roaming but it did bother me that it came with a lot of crap.
samsung pay will not work with US sims sadly nothing you can do about it
you can try a SK sim but might not work
root it and your problem will be gone besides SPay since you'd trip knox
