twrp v1.1.1.1 xt .....is the latest recovery having touch support...you can go for this one

Flash with Proper CWM recovery and Android L bootloader which is described in threat otherwise you will get black screen after flashing.....

Now download the original MMX ROM then wipe ur whole user data including internal memory and then install that ROM !!! Suggested use of TWRP recovery !!! Voila u will have ur phone working
