I literally answered the exact same question a week or two ago. You should have just searched for it, instead of making a new thread.
Anyway, change /sdcard to /storage/emulated/0

If nothing else works, factory reset should do the trick
(bet you knew that, but trying to avoid it?)
What office app does everyone use? I've been trying to find one that is free without bothering me to buy a pro version, that allows me to read doc, docx, ppt, and pptx files. I tried looking online and in the forums, but everything looked a little scammy to me.

Hi
I've disables some services using the app My Android Tools and I keep getting the shown notification.
I assume this is due to the devices I've disabled.
I've not encountered any problems with my phone in day to day use.
I just disabled all services with 'wear' in the name as I don't have any wearables.
Is there any way to stop it?

Try running a cache cleaner I typically use all in one toolbox see if that clears some of that off.
