I kwon there is a place to talk about my device. But I thinks its a general problem.
Complete story:
I was watching youtube. Then it turned off. And it doesnt turn on anymore. I thought it was a battery isue. So I send it to lg. A few weeks later they returned it to me. Phone turned on and turned off no life. The same thing you have seen in the video. So I send it back to lg. Then I get it back and they said to me it is broken and we cant fix it. Also they said the phones comes not out your country where you live(netherlands). It comes from portugal. So I need to sent it to portugal, but Lg portugal sucks and dont reply to my emails. So a few weeks is now and try it but it does the same thing again

Hey guys just curious but has anyone else had any problems regarding to the phone just randomly switching itself off and then back on again? This has happened to me a few times now and thought i'd see if anyone else had, had this happen to them and knew what was causing it or any information at all really.
Thanks in advance to anyone who has any ideas!
Unless of course it is just me which would really suck.
I saw you debranded your phone.
Those restarts happened before too? If yes, you might want to send it to warranty.
If no, is the new firmware so, you might want to flash the old firmware again
Yeah sorry i should have mentioned that the random restarts occurred before and after the debranding. I think I may need to send it in
this same thing is happeining to me?? like once a day??? its really wierd...
I haven't debranded or anyhting and it has only started happening for the past week or so (I've had the phone for a month)
It happens to me when I connect my phone to my PC via USB and select "Mount".
Every time!!
Weird...
sadly this is a hardware issue... Whenever the phone warms up a little bit.
I didn't have that issue in the first months but ever since then and more and more frequently. Right now I'm fighting with o2 to get a new device, because this doesn't seem to be repaired.
Do the following test to make sure you have that hardware-bug:
Let the battery charge for a while. When you notice your phone getting a little warm, open a few applications (google maps, navigation, mediascape) whatever... The phone should immediately restart itself.
When you remove the battery cover it might also smell a little burnt.
Congrats... You're affected and it's only gonna get worse...
Hello all, I suddenly had a problem which causes wifi and bluetooth stop working. What happens is;
When I click turn on wifi button, 'Error' message shows up under the button in order to turned on or connecting after 5-10 seconds.
And when I click turn on bluetooth it only loops, turn on, turn on, but never turns on.
I seached a lot in the web and in XDA, there is nothing to solve the problem. My warranty is over and I switched my country. I have to fix it by myself.
I watched this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYz_RiuFVRk&feature=youtu.be
that French guy is solving the problem which I have. But everyone says that it solves the problem temporary. I have to solve it permanently.
IS THERE SOMEONE who know how to solve the problem, and what should be done? I can try anything to solve it.
please do not say that, do factory reset, full wipe, try another rom, flash radio.... etc. BECAUSE I have done all. I'm pretty sure that it is a hardware problem.
Lots of people have this problem and this topic can help them too. THANKS!
Sadly I had the same problem, and the only information I could find was to flash it back to stock and etc. you've already read that and done it (as have I). If it doesn't work under stock conditions, it is a hardware problem, meaning the wifi/bluetooth chip is broken (unless for some miracle it is a stubborn software problem that nobody has figured out yet, but don't count on that). This is the case with my atrix. There is nothing we can do besides sending it back for repair, or somehow repairing it ourselves since our warranties are long expired.
I'm looking to get a new phone, since wifi is absolutely critical for me (200mb/month data plan). I am deeply saddened that I will lose my Atrix, it was truly an amazing phone. It happened to break right before the upcoming ICS update. I'm torn between Atrix HD ($50 at Costco online with a lot of extras thrown in for free, plus free activation.) and the HTC one x (80 with less goodies, free activation) I would go SG3, but that is 200, and I'm leaning towards the htc 1x right now...
Thanks for your reply
Thank you so much for your answer. I guess it is a hardware problem too. But I have to fix it. In my country I dont know how to find someone who can fix it, because Motorola is not so common in here. Can I fix it by myself with someone's guidance? I'm planning to sell the phone after I fix it. I will be really appreciated if someone can help.

Has the information on finding if you have official warranty left and how to schedule a repair, about halfway down.

I cant find a straight answer anywhere. I bought a Nokia Lumia 920 a week and a half ago and I'm on my third handset. This is because each one has been apparently faulty.
The first handset I had was great until the screen started to flicker/shimmer to the point where it hurt to look at it. I got that one replaced with a second device, which was better, up to the point the flickering returned and it froze, shut off and wouldn't turn again. I got this one replaced with a third device and this one was flickering/shimmering straight out of the box.
I have looked on google followed tips and tricks to try and get this phone working but to no avail. So I just wondered if you guys knew of anything im missing or a ROM I can install to fix these problems or future updates which will fix these problems because I am going into the EE store tonight to get my money back. I am so annoyed because its a beautiful phone and I would like to keep it.
Thanks
Sam

Sounds to me you have something in your area causing it. Maybe a very strong electrical/magnetic field. Just seems odd three in a row would have the same issue and so far I am pretty sure you are the only one to report this since you found no answers as well.
Keep in mind that per FCC rules your phone must accept interference but may not cause interference. So if there is something in your area causing it then you are out of luck as it is not an issue with the phone.
Unless its the entire area of bristol or im just magically electro magnetically charged i dont think its that. I'm not the only one who is getting this problem, I said I cant find a definitive answer. I cant find an answer about updates or patches that would fix this problem. I understand that phones and radiowaves are very susceptible to interferance but this problem is happening in different places and at different times.
I've managed to find that the shimmering will happen more while multi tasking so having headphones plugged in, music and trying to access the xbox app.
Hi
I'm new here so sorry if i do any mistake in my post. And im french so please forgive me my errors.
I've research like a maniac all over the web, i looked in like 109372949927 forums and XDA seem to be the one who help the most.
Ok here is my problem and i just dont know where to start, i never read that someone had a problem like mine and im serious when i say that i looked everywhere, i looked everywhere at least 4 hours a day for now 5 weeks. So imagine.
I have a Ulefone Be pro by mediatek... Yup cheap chinese phone but it was working like magic.
Then one day while i was shopping on ebay, my screen froze and my phone was unresponsive .. So i took out the battery.
To my horror, when it turned back on, its like if i did a major factory reset, all my app, my picture , everything was gone. And also, it was written on my phone, no service. Its not working either for txt or call or what ever, just the wifi work.
Also, when i turn it back on, i notice that my phone internal memory was completely saturated by some system file , i mean completely full ,so full i cant even sync an account to go to google play store cuz the memory is to low. I cant take a picture also...
So it doesnt recognize my sim.
I did try to flash it with sp tool, with the same rom, with a different one, with download only and the other one with the preloader select,i did all the option available in the recovery menu, but nothing is working. At all.
My phone tell me that i have no app at all to make phone call or txt even if the built in one are in there
Also the battery is getting empty really quicly.
I have unknown imei, and everything in about phone is unavailable...
I really need help of someone... The company where i bought it are so unprofessional.. Never ever buy from gearbest. Ever. They answer my email 6 days later and make my warranty pass cuz they were taking to much time to answer. I mean i have my phone for 2 month... And they are really really bad... They dont want to help.me at all always sending the same copy paste message... Uurrgghhhhhh
With all the research i did i didnt even come close to find someone with this problem. Even on french forum some guys try to help me but it just didnt work...
Seriously its like a quest this problem so i need a experienced adventurer to help me. Im not rich at all and it took me time to put money aside for this phone and i cant buy an other one. I just cant.
And the phone turn on so in my head im sure there is something to do to fix it... Please please please help me

Desperatly need to keep this phone goin
Welcome to the club. Sorry to tell you this, but it's dead. It has the bootloop of death. Mine had the same thing happen. Sometimes it will boot to that screen and turn off and other times it won't turn on at all. I just got mine back today from LG today. They replaced the motherboard for free. It's something to do with the solder joints.
Mine died today as well.how did you get in touch with lg? Thanks
help - i seem to have the exact same issue
my phone is doing the exact same thing. it suddenly just gets to the "device software cant' be verified..." screen then sometimes it goes to the LG screen and sometimes it just dies from there?
Should i be contacting LG for this ?

I realize you asked this over a week ago, and I assume you found your own answer, but in case anyone else finds this by search, yes, you will absolutely lose root. If you can get LG to fix it, they will replace the main board. But, your phone is completely dead unless you can get LG to fix it, so it's dead phone or stock phone, my friend. If you're not familiar with this issue, ask google about LG V10 bootloop. For fun, add the word "freezer" to your search. It's crazy, but it's a known thing with this and similar LG devices... g'luck.
