I have Tronsmart MXIII Plus 2G/8G S812 Android TV Box.
Issue is one day while watching it Turned OFF by itself and when tried to Turn it ON, it only showed Red LED and never could go to Blue.
I tried to access the Recovery using the Toothpick Method but that also dint go any forward and it kept on Red LED only.
Next I tried to Flash IMG to the Device using AMLogic USB Burning Tool (Tried all version 2.0 X), but for all the ROMs it went until 3% and then gave error as below:

Then finally tried to use SD Card Method for IMG file and one worked as below to a point where I can now go to TRONSMART LOGO Screen.
2.Run burnBootCard\BootcardMaker.exe to burn u-boot.bin to SD card .
3.Copy aml_sdc_burn.ini and Stock IMG Firmware (Tronsmart MXIII-Plus_316k4_150709.img
) to SD card root directory
5.Insert SD card into the SD card slot in the box
6.Press the burning button (behind the AV interface or other position and Power on.
Now I am stuck on the Tronsmart LOGO screen anyone to help me.
I want to try other other IMG files and Update files but I don’t have corresponding U-Boot Files for Flashing.
Also when I try to Install any Package through SD Card and go to Recovery then I get below error messages.
Also Clearing Cache and other options result in more such errors only as attached.

finally got my new tv box, Tronfy mx2, runng a less powerful chipset, Allwinner H3, I found the firmware for flash with a pc , wondering if I can flash the box with the same firmware with a SD card? my box has a problem running one kodi addon, so i try to do a flash.
I have a Amlogic S805 Quad Core TV Box - which went "south" on me during a ROM update. I tried to reset it, but then noticed the reset button had come away from the internals. I managed to get it to the flash screen via SD Card, but it says it - "cannot be mounted, as the folders do not exist".
I think i have deleted the file structure - so i cant update, i need to fresh install it all !!!!!
How can I put the Android ROM onto the flash drive of this box - tried to connect via a USB lead - but my PC will not pick up the box at all.
I need to re-instate the original ROM on my TV Box, and need to know a way to connect to the box - or find out why the SD Card is failing to mount
I tried installing a ROM on my T95K Pro using the SD Card method (Burn Card Tool) but unfortunately I somehow managed to brick it, copying a ROM to my SD Card using the Burn Card Tool does not work anymore, I tried copying two different ROMs but keep getting an error saying: L (1041) Check uboot file after read error.
hello
have you tried to use the Amlogic USB Burning Tool?
i flashed all my boxes with this tool and never had problems.

2- I used card maker with my sd card and put in my box which complete upgrading and restart the same upgrading more and more
3- ried bootcard maker , but I failed
4- I tried to install coreelec but it doesn't boot
CAN YOU give a hand , my dear EXPERTS?

[TWRP][S905X3] TWRP 3.3.1 for H96 Max X3
This is the round black box with a purple-blue dolphin, and "H96 Max 8K ultra HD" written on top. Bottom says H96 Max Model: X3 CPU: S905X3 OS:Android 9.0 RAM: 4GB ROM: 32GB
Note: there's always a risk of bricking/breaking your device. Make sure power cable is securely plugged before flashing ZIPs or IMGs. I highly recommend backing up your stock rom first as replacements can be hard to find for these generic boxes.
See the attached zip file, unzip it to get recovery.img
Instructions:
1. Create a bootable SD card with Amlogic Bootcard maker / Burn card maker
2. Copy recovery.img to the root of the SD card, do not rename it.
3. With power cord disconnected, Insert SD card in android box TF slot.
4. Use a toothpick to gently hold the button deep inside the AV port.
5. Keep holding the AV button and connect the power cord.
6. Keep holding button until TWRP appears on screen.
7. Swipe right to allow modifications
Optional steps for permanent TWRP:
1. Plug in a USB mouse and click Backup
2. Under "select partitions for backup" make sure they don't say "0MB" If they do then there is a problem and you shouldn't continue.
3. (Recommended) backup all the partitions here to an SD card or flash drive and keep a second copy somewhere safe, especially Recovery
4. Go back to the main menu with back(bottom left), and select Install.
5. Go to Select Storage then select Micro SD card
6. Click install image and recovery.img should appear
7. Click Recovery, then swipe the blue rectangle to the right, don't do anything until you see IMAGE FLASH COMPLETED

Alternatively to the Burn Card Maker, you could flash an Amlogic Lakka/Emuelec image to the SD card with Balena Etcher and delete everything off the 1st partition, then copy recovery.img
Ported with Carliv's Image Kitchen

Tip: Make sure your SD card has a single Primary (not Logical) partition with no space before it or TWRP won't see it.
Here is another recovery image with a line added in /etc/mesondisplay.cfg to fix TWRP taking up half the screen.
Is this twrp also compatible with other boxes which usw the S905X3 processor?
I use the beelink GT Mini 2, for example.
Thanks in advamce and kind regards

I don't have one to test it, but what I'd do is run it from an SD card if you're making backups to test it. Sometimes the device names in recovery.fstab (a file inside the recovery image) will differ between manufacturers, so TWRP may not see your SDcard or android partitions
Its work with h96 max x4 android 11 ?
