Hi, I have a HTC desire 825 and on boot my phone is unmounting system partition so it can't boot into Android. I can boot to twrp recovery and mount manually and then I can see system files. Is there any way to keep it permanent?

Hello everyone, tried to modify ramscript fix to change tegrapart number editing the script; now when booting in recovery mode, cannot mount /cache/ partition.
Is there any way around without flashing to stock sbf?
How are partitions created / managed in TWRP recovery?
The "parted" command does not seen to be available in adb shell when using TWRP on my Samsung p6810.
I think I have a corrupt partition and I want to remove and recreate it (e2fsck fixes errors but hangs instead of finishing at a command prompt), but surely I won't need to reinstall CWM recovery to do this? All partitions appear to format OK in TWRP, but ROM installation subsequently hangs when trying to reformat System partition.
Thanks.
I've unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP but I keep getting a E:Unable to mount ' /emmc
E:Unable to mount interal storage
Error when flashing certain things in TWRP. TWRP allows me to install the rom but it doesn't boot up after flashing, just gets stuck on the white HTC screen. I may have borked something with the internal storage as it doesn't allow me to write to it, can anyone guide me on how to remedy this?
Sounds like you are still s-on. You need to fastboot flash the boot image after installing a ROM. See this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2570888.

To fix the internal storage, try wiping Internal SD via TWRP, if that doesn't work, see if you can mount it to a PC and format it, if that doesn't so it, you'll probably need to RUU your phone to repair the filesystem.
As for the other issue, as pointed out, need to flash the kernel separately if you're s-on.
Hello guyz, i'm trying to install int2ext script on my phone, but without success. I've got a Samsung S4 Clone with J.B 3.1, stock rom and stock recovery. I managed to create an ext2 partition through windows and enable init.d scripts with an googlestore app. Using a script named 05mountsd, the system manages to mount the ext2 partition and i'm able to browse it with root explorer. But when i copy any of the int2ext/int2ext+ scripts in the init.d folder (remember, i dont have cwm recovery to install from zip) the phone boots normaly and 5secs after i see my background, the phone goes back in loading android screen.
I have to delete the 40int2ext script from init.d through adb shell, for the phone to boot up normally again. Then inside the ext2 partition i am able to see that the script has managed to create some files and folders! But i cant install apps in there. Also link2sd app gives a message that the partition cannot be mounted and that i should try fat.
Any ideas how to get int2ext or any other storage script to work?
Bump!!!
I managed to install a cwm recovery that supports my phone's UBIFS format.
Still can't get any script that links apps to sd to work.
When i try to install CronMod_int2ext.zip through recovery i get an error. Also i cant mount or format the sd-ext partition in the recovery, though i tried partitioning the sd inside the recovery as well as from windows. Both attempts fail to mount in recovery.
With Mounts2sd app, i get bootloop problem.
Anyone!?

Booting into TWRP give me an error "Unable to unmount /system, partition or resource busy" and subsequently, i can't flash any GSIs to the system partition, i get the error "Unable to install images to file systems". It is possible to boot into fastboot and flash however.
This seems to be an issue regarding to TWRP mounting /system, iv'e read up a bit on it, and it seems that a data wipe in TWRP should fix it?

Im on TWRP 3.2.1 for the H9
