I have a box Pro Quick Play MXQ S905 and she crashed.
is the blue Led turned on and not the image and smelled something burning I opened it and saw that there was a hot component. and I think this Board in short circuit because I tested with multimeter and continuity has continuity in + and-I did reset but not solved anyone can help or knows how to solve?

Last week I bought this Android TV Box MXQ.
I tried to connect to monitor using hdmi to dvi-d adapter. There was no signal. My monitor doesn not support hdcp, but does mxq is using hdcp ?
I had no choice. I connected via jack to rca cable (av cable) but it wasn't good at all. I can see probably noise, because my cable doesn't have shield. I have tried to change analog mode, but it is the same.
So do I need hdcp monitor, or maybe my box is broken?

maybe just a problem with output resolution try lowering the res to 720

I purchased a android mxq pro 4K box the other day and set it up and all was fine. Then I went to plug it in elsewhere and accidentally used a power pack that fits from a satellite box that was 12 Volts so the box has stopped working.
Does anyone know if I can change a resistor/transistor to get the box back working or have the schematics for the box. I'm hoping I can fix this as just got it and blew it already :crying:

Did you get this sorted I'm having trouble with mine I literally just bought today
Gooday. I just got my Beelink GT1 and it's a fantastic little box with just one con so far. The mouse cursor on my 55" TV is tiny and tends to disappear. Im using the supplied remote which is sooo slooow plus a Logitech USB wireless which moves good and fast but of course still the tiny pointer.
I have googled like crazy and find it is a common problem apparently without a solution that works for Android 6x OS.
Has anyone solved this problem without risking bricking the box?

we just wanted to make an old tv without hdmi netflix ready so to say and ordered an android box.
google detects the firmware/device as lava x3, no idea if that matters.

installing the box there was no picture but crap noise. some people of that cables av out spoke about wrong order of red/white/yellow so we switched around, no change.
a second cable made no difference too.
however i started to play a little bit with that plug of the cable inside the box/port and voila:
pulling the plug out a liitle bit to some sweetspot we got picture and sound, both clean. just a tick more and picture disappears or sound turns to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz like.
should be an issue with the kind of cable or the box?
do other boxes av out work out of the box or does it just not fit?
the cable must be trrs/ three rings at plug else it would not be videao and sound left/right hm?
another question beside if all boxes come with that issue: does the tweak we just found out/use maybe make any damage to the box? should be low voltage anyway and no problem?
what else could we do to fix it better?
av out is the plug in the middle on the picture.
power plug doesnt get in upt to the border of case too but it is put in untill no more possible.
Hi, I bought this box only to get Steam Link working with the Dual Shock 4 (PS4 controller) working via Bluetooth... but it looks like both don't work. Steam Link fails to start and Dual Shock seems to not work.
