Is it possible to turn my F5122 to F5121 by flashing F5121 based firmware?
possible, and you still have 64Gb Internal storage, but can use only 1st sim.
Along with MicroSD card right?
I just attempted this and it only shows 32GB storage. How do we set it to 64GB?
technically it will work but some features might not ,, only 1 sim tray may work and sd card may be not readable!
i once flashed z5p (single) kernel on my dual, it booted and ext card wasn't visibile in file explorer and only 1 sim was working!

I just did LazyLanda and obtained S-OFF
Unfortunately, my 64gb card wont format from phone or pc
I tried an old 8gb card and it works.
So, I basically have to buy another 64 gb card.
Are there any bigger cards that work (128gb) ?
If I have to buy another, might as.well be a better/bigger card.

And now im S-OFF, I can install any rom I want, correct?

Hello,
I have a 64Gb microSD card which was used as internal storage on a Z3 compact. Following a warranty repair exchange I have ended up with an Xperia X running the latest stock firmware but the sd card is not recognised when inserted.
I don't have a card reader on my PC and was wondering what I must do to clear the sd card and make it usable.
Just updated my Samsung Galaxy S8+ dual sim edition to Android 9.0 Pie.
I have a tiny sim card extension fitted on my SD card so both my primary sim card and my travel-sim card can be active simultaneously.
the second sim card is thus on the outside of the phone inside a waterproof case.
When booting up I get the following error message before I can unlock my primary sim card:
SIM card tray slot problem
There seems to be something in your SIM
card tray slot that doesn't belong there. Check
it and try again.
If I slide the secondary sim card out of the adapter I can proceed, but there is no option to bypass this.
Hope to reach other dual sim users before they update.
Update, I am late for the party: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s9/help/dual-sim-card-sd-card-problem-t3809073/
Best solution in this case is just to find another company for my next device, Sony does have some option to allow Sailfish OS on some of their dualsim devices, so that may be a route to take.
Hello,
Why it is not possible to hack a android phone to store the SIM Card data from the SIM directly in the phone?
I mean somthing like "E SIM" for poor ones. On devices with port for two SIM or one SIM and one Micro SD card that would be a great
solution to use dualsim and SD Card simultaneously. I heared that SIM cards have some sort of "Number" who can not be copied, is that the problem why that does not work?
Hello. I bought a 1TB card for my S9 +, I wanted to use it for a ribbon adapter. It turned out that I cannot use two sim cards and an SD card at the same time. I have android 10. Can I go back to version 8.0 or can I upload a modem file back to restore the dual sim + sd card? Alternatively, do you recommend any rom from this forum that supports it?
