i'm not able to download a video streaming app on the market
it says that i cannot purchase this app because of the market restriction on the country where i've buy the smartphone.
i have purchase my smartphone in Luxembourg but i'm live in Belgium and normaly my internet account in belgium give access at TV streaming.
This is really annoying
Is there a way to make it work?

I like listening to pocasts while jogging. Normally I manage my podcasts on my smartphone. Since I don't like to have such a big device with me while jogging I use my old Sansa Clip Mp3-player. Unfortunately I can't manage my podcasts on the device directly and therefore I have to download each mp3 and put them manually on my player.
Because I really didn't like to do this anymore I searched for small MP3-Player with Wlan which lets my download the episodes on the device directly. Since the Ipod Nano has no Wifi at all and all those new Smartwatches do not work without a smartphone I decided to get a small Android phone to use this as an mp3 and podcast player.
Today my X10 Mini cam in and now I have 3 problems:
-Each time I start the device, it asks for a SIM card and on the Notification bar shows that I have no signal and no SIM card. The phone is only my MP3 player, therefore I do not need a SIM card. Can I turn all these notifications off?
-When I start the market ppp and look for podcasts I do not find any podcast app. Additionally It is called Marked and not Play Store. When I surf the Google Play store on my PC my X10 mini is not listed on my list of devices even though I use my Google account on my X10 Mini. Why is that? Would using a Custom ROM solve this Problem?
-Which custom Rom would you suggest?
I was looking for a "smartwatch" that can function as a standalone phone. I plan to give it to my kid brother so he can call me anytime. So NO frills, just for calling and maybe play music. Most basic I can find was this:

- no call recording
- no multi user feature
- no noise cancelation ( voice focus ) that works in calls to stop noise
This features is already available in some other s23u region models
Which rom i can install In my phone to add all this 3 features

Idk about roms much for Samsung devices BUT you can get call recording using skvalex from fdroid and if you want pro you buy the license app from Google play. It works perfectly and even can integrate with contacts app for viewing recordings. And it can all work without internet (privacy focused) or you can back then up to a cloud service of your choice. As for multi user functions, you have access to a 2nd profile called work profile (was designed for work stuff so you can keep files and apps separate) but you can have a separate set of apps in the work profile and have separate accounts just for the work profile.

How to access 2nd work profile , iam not got it in settings
You need an app to access it. Island from Google play or shelter from fdroid. And one of those will set it up for you. It's built-in to android but Samsung doesn't have settings for it without adding a 3rd party app

Call recording is CSC based features , you can easily change your CSC to the country that supports it via Samfw tool in 1 min
for call recording you can switch to SEK in Europe, EGY in Middle East & INS in Asia
Voice focus is only supported for the below devices as of now
