Encrypted data in XML from Android app data, decryption possible? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Was taking a look at some app data (for a particular app, obviously) and noticed the lines within a login credentials XML file appear to be base64. Decoding the lines doesn't give anything useful. Here's a screenshot:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is this not base64, or is the decoded data actually a different form of encryption that the app in question relies on?

I can't seem to get Encoder to recognize my computer's ip. Why is this? I am behind a router, and all firewalls are disabled.

The url for internet connections is most likely the same, except in lowercase characters. "http://fastdell:3233"

So, the market works on the Nexus Q, sort of.

So I installed the Market on the Q, it shows up as a device in the Play store which is awesome, however the issue is now that it's not allowed to install any apps, probably due to the capabilities xml files and the build fingerprint. I'll experiment with this some more tomorrow though

The app lets you easily segregate files like music, pics vids by assigning a specific folder where your files will automatically be transferred by just a press of a button.
Hope you guys would find it useful. Enjoy!

MX player (free) uses data even after blocked

Hi guys,
Somehow MX player free uses data even after all access to data is switched off.
Any way to permanently block this unauthorised data transfer?
