How to remove left top arrow from gboard
Related
looking for a SMALL softbutton, that appears in all programs, or maybe a sidebar that auto-collapses like in webdev DHTML, that gives ann arrow left side of the screen with options to go to homescreen, to go to homescr and leave the app, and to go to homescreen and leave ALL apps
Home screen top row has Calendar,Camera,Messaging,Gmail
Bottom row has Phone,Contacts,Internet, BLANK SPACE, Apps
I want to add Google Talk App to the "blank space" but can't seem to move it to the space ??
First, move it from app drawer to homescreen
Then, move it from homescreen to dock (bottom raw)
Thanks!
Is there a shortcut way to launch google navigation into GPS mode only instead of launching google navigation and then having to pick the map icon in the upper right corner?
In Android 10 on the Pixel XL 4, with gesture navigation turned on, there is a thin white hint bar that appears at the bottom center of the screen, presumably to remind users that they can / should swipe up. However, if using the Gboard keyboard in flloating mode (vs. having it docked at the bottom), this causes a very wide black band to appear at the bottom of the screen, which can obscure app functionality. See an example of the text area getting partially hidden in Android's own Messages app, which is attached to this post. Is there anyway to turn off the white bar or prevent the wide black band with native Google gestures turned on?
My workaround has been to use Fluid Natural Gestures (FNG),which doesn't present the problem. If it weren't for this, I'd be fine using the native gestures.
Thanks in advance.
In Dex any window can be resized by dragging from Left Top corner, just not Firefox ? Also, max window icon on top menu bar on top right is disabled.
EDIT: nope, it now works. Apparently disable and re-enable Dex fixed it.
