I'm using 3G mobile data in sim slot 1. Whenever i call someone or got call from someone in sim 2, mobile data turned off itself and it take to many time to turn on. Can anyone tell me the fix for this??? I don't want the data to turned off while calling.

I've checked forum to find a solution for my problem, but whitout succes.
Now I using LENOVO S750 Dual SIM, with standard Android 4.2.1.
SIM1(3G) - just data for the internet, skype, VoIP, etc.
SIM2(2G) - just voice calls and text.
My problem is like that:
When I'm using my phone for internet (skype, YT, data exchange) nobody can call to me on second SIM2 card number (it says out of range or phone switch off) even I have full range on both signal indicator's (3G not important but 2G is 100% range).
When I turn off the data on the SIM1 or turn on WiFI to use internet on the phone everything is OK (voice phone number on SIM2 works perfectly)
I try to change lot of settings but the problem still exist, It looks like I don't have active SIM2 card while SIM1 makes data exchange.
When I make normal phone call by SIM2, data exchange on SIM1 is switching off.
Before I do not remember that kind of problem on my phone.
Please anyone knows a solution for this??

UPDATE:
- when I turn off automatic data synchronization( settings, data use, auto sync.) everything works perfectlty, but the Gmail and any other online apps, need hand made sync, so it's just a partial soultion, any suggest??
Why data on SIM1 turn's off the SIM2 voice service??

Hi there, I just purchased an honorx1 7D-503L and I have put my sms card in from Tmobile and and it works fine on wlan but when i turn it off, no signal. Now the phone rings sometimes and I get text messages but no data. I called Tmobile last nite and they had me put in the proper apn settings and I have data checked in the mobile networks settings but still no data service when I click browser. Any suggestions? I love this phone so much on wifi but I need it to work when it isnt near a wifi connection.
3G never worked on my phone, I can make calls with it but no mobile data. There is a way to fix it or disable it?
Hello world! I have problem with mobile network, i can make/receive calls write messages, but after some time it shows: no network, also mobile data on notification shortcut is greyed out and dont work if i run phone in safe mode, everything works, cellular data is not greyed out. Sharing a phone LOG. If someone can find a who is causing it, ill be very thankful. :highfive:
Just what the title says. My phone tells callers that I'm not accepting calls and when I attempt to make calls it simply refuses to do so or displayed a "call ended" message without ever dialing the other person. Everything else works fine and I can even make voice calls if I use duo mode instead of mobile. I can also receive calls if the caller uses duo mode.
Have been through everything except an actual reset. Unable to do that since the phone was a hand-me-down and I don't know the PIN. I've about reached the point where I do a hard reset manually but I hate to lose my data. Does anyone have anything I could try to either bypass or recover the PIN or something I could use to get mobile mode to work again?
Your sure you have service? If you do, do you have credit? Both of those would prevent you making calls. You can still use Duo if your on WiFi or you have a data only service. If you are showing that your connected to the network and you are certain you have minutes in your plan or credit available then you will need to call your network provider so they can see if there's any network issues preventing your calls. Check the network operators status page to see if there's issues in your area.

It appears that when using a Galaxy S9+ with ATT service the phone is unable to do VoLTE
The way that I was able to have internet on the phone and voice calling was to go into the APN and set the Network Mode to 3G/2G (auto connect)
That fixed it for me. Still pissed off that I can't use LTE but oh well it will work until I upgrade the phone.

Hello, I have an unlocked s9 that is going through a similar issue in not being able to make or receive calls. Can you let me know how you got the APN settings for 3G/2G? Going to APN settings I only see the nxgenphone setting open and active, which I heard was for LTE.
Also, can you let me know what setting it has to be in the 4636 mobile network settings in order to restore data? Thanks
