Anyone facing battery drain problem in moto e?
I tried both the official build and CM12 but can't find any solution ....
Try the Soak Test, that's much better than what CM12 has to offer at present w.r.t battery backup
just Try Alpha kernel and set The governor on

At 1st the battery performance of Soak test was good but few days later it decreased like 25% drainage overnight

For me Battery backup still good (5.0.2 stock).
battery drainage problem
i installed the soak test lollipop update , i fill that battery is draining as compare to early version of kitkat 4.4.4, and i would like to know either i shall get the latest upgrade lollipop by OTA or not?

I'm running the latest CM 12. Battery backup has decreased a lot especially in standby mode..... Overnight it drained like 27% in 6 hours... I had no data or Wi-Fi left active... Infact the mobile was in aeroplane mode... Anyone got any fix on this?

I think you are wrong to open the discussion-room, but no problem, let the moderator behave.
I am currently using LineageOS-15.1-treble (stock kernel), and if you ask with battery backup? Everyday ±10Hours SOT with normal usage without gaming.

Im using Franken rom and project xtended. Both are fine in performance wise and battery backup wise

Gaming, i think you can switch to MIUI based rom. Fot better experience.
Game with aosp/los based somewhat less good, according to some people.
Try multi-rom
Use dot os giving me good battery life even with heavy gaming
have you read the rules ?? this sub forum just for ROMs, Kernels and other development.

I've installed this kernel and I can confirm a 50% increase in performance and 75-80% increase in battery. Dev is amazing.

Installer, keeping tabs with better battery stats, drain per hour is anywhere between 25-50% better depending on my usage that day. Went from 10-12% drain (even when idle) to 4-7%.
Absolutely amazing.

No info on the kernel but I believe they have released kernels for past Pixel phones.
To flash you need to boot to twrp and flash the zip.

Was a busy day and haven't done much real measuring more of a feeling so far that there is a sense of improvement on both sot and standby ?
I'm referring to update 10.0.4.
Specifically I'm looking to know how much they "really" improved the standby power consumption.
I am stunned, they really really improved it.

Here I'm sharing force fast charging magisk module for poco f1.
There are 2 modules here. Choose one of them that suits your phone best.
My suggestion: If you live in higher room temperature then you should go for 2600mAh otherwise choose 3300mAh
Installation:
Go to magisk manager.
Tap on Modules.
Select the module from your storage.
Reboot the device.
That's all

It should decrease the speed after reaching 90%.

you don't even know the difference between thermal & my module. My FC module and ben's thermal are totally different. Scripts are not encrypted, just open all files and compare yourself. And try to respect others work.

Thanks for sharing these mods, but folks should realize that higher charging currents greatly reduce battery longevity as well.

That's really unexpected. You can just remove the module from magisk. And everything will revert back to previous stage.

Yo, this works wonders. I'd run back to stock rom every now and then just bc I missed how fast I could charge. Now I have it on every other rom bc of this mod. Thank you ?
