Does anyone has the last stable build of guyver kernel 3.8.0 ?
If yes can he/she upload it for downloading purposes since @MEGAX91 links for Kenzo's Guyver kernel are not working anymore.

i can't use an ICS rom without those 2 things , OC and EXT4 any way to enable them on the beta kernel via modules maybe ? i know there is no stable beta kernel that supports those 2 features because S/E didn't release the beta kernel sources yet !

This build is similar to the other 64bit cm12.1 build from other developers. So what is the difference in this build ?

There is Boeffla (2.55 GHZ) but it is only for 5.1 as far as I know

Boeffla kernel is currently just for OOS. But there's an (empty) link to CM13.0 so I think he intends to release a kernel for CM13. I think it will be a matter of months (also for CM13 to become official nightly).
Should the roms kernels be the exact same version or just the first 2 numbers ?
for example
can i port a rom with kernel 3.4.108 to a device with kernel 3.4.0 ?
