In my Redmi Note 4, I have Sony camera sensor & goodix fingerprint sensor. But I don't know about the display. Do you know who made this display??
Not sure, but likely it's BOE.
BTW, you should have censor your IMEI from your picture.

Hi there,
As you guys know, camera of Redmi Note 3 performs poor in indoor conditions. But from the reports, I heard, are saying that camera manufacturer is samsung, and resolution is 16MP. Then it must not be hardware issue, right? Could it be a software issue? By software issue, I dont mean camera app, I actually meant the driver software of camera. So, what do you think? Camera is the only downside of this phone. Even cheap samsung phones below 10000₹ has higher indoor quality.
Bump.
Any response?

I am pretty sure its an hardware issue. Because area of the sensor dedicated for each individual pixel is very less. Which in turn results in less photons recieved by each pixel when in low light situatuon. This problem can be tacjled by software optimizations but it will never behave like other camera sensors with comparatively larger sensor size. Note: megapixels is not the only parameter to judge a camera.
I wonder if anyone of you have problem with camera focus. I want to know that it could be problem in MIUI or is it H/W issue?
Please help me with it.
Thanks
I also have the same problem where the Redmi 3S main camera doesn't focus and all pictures captured are blurred.
Same issue here, started after installing custom ROM
Does it happens for only the back cam or both the cams? It might be possible that there is dust inside the glass which affects focus. might want to clear your lens from the inside.

redmi 3s is most bugged phone in the history of xiaomi. this one unlucky fella got no love of xiaomi leaving it without any single android upgrade or latest security patch.
According to me that auto-focus issue may be a wrongly designed mechanism, as I have experienced this issue on all camera apps in playstore and custom rom I have tried
Lol front camera is fixed focus camera so don't expect so much.
My Xiaomi Redmi 3s camera also can't focus anymore because the camera's autofocus problem suddenly happens on my phone. I also cleaned the camera lens from the inside and the results didn't work. suppose this problem has a solution or not ?? because I often use cameras for photography ... please help find a solution ...
Hello. Can the owners of the Redmi Note 9 please inform the display manufacturer of the device? I have a Redmi note 7 with image retention and my unit uses a Tianma display, which seems to be bound for problems of image retention. And even so, Xiaomi/Redmi hasn't given up on this manufacturer still.
If you don't know how to, please use this guide:

Thank you very much.
mine redmi note 9s global, huaxing panel ft8756
Mine huaxing
My Redmi Note 9S is huaxing
I think the majority of RMN9S sold globally is used huaxing panel
RMN9s Vietnam huaxing panel

I didn't understand what the guy said (language), but it's clear there is image retention on his unit. Sadly, no hope for better Xiaomi/Redmi LCD panels.

he mentioned two major problem of lcd panel. 1) pixels burning like amoled screens (he shows putting keyboard on for 30 min and it burned on display). 2) Edge bleeding specially near camera cut and whole boarder of phone.
I don't know is true ? somebody please confirm this. (this redmi is indian version shown in youtube video)

pretty sure its laser autofocus, mic and maybe light sensor
The light sensor is definitely there, also I think a proximity sensor.
I am seeing lot of complaints about XIOMI phones about the new virtual proximity sensor not functioning properly and so screen remains on during call.
I am using K20Pro since last 3.5 years and now looking to buy new but due to the issue mentioned above, I am thinking of changing to Reno 8,
can someone confirm what sort of proximity sensor reno 8 has?
