I recently purchased an Honor 9 model STF-AL00, with a rebrand for the STF-L09 ROM, but the FDD-LTE B7 band is not active or working. I searched the GSM Arena, and only STF-L09 and STF-TL10 versions have the FDD-LTE B7 band active, the other versions are not supported by this band.
So my question, I found ways to enable, but only for devices equipped with Qualcomm processors.
So, i can enable FDD-LTE B7 on Honor 9 in a model STF-AL00, with rebrand for the STF-L09?
Same problem here
There's a hardware difference, unfortunately it won't work

Hi guys,
so, I tried to unlock some LTE bands I need. Is there any way to find out what LTE bands does my Redmi 3 support now? I'm running Cyanogenmod 13.0 beta 2.
Hi,
I have the RMN3 SE and I wonder if someone has tried to add Galileo GNSS support. Currently there is a phone with a Snapdragon 652 which has Galileo enabled. It is the BQ Aquaris X5 Plus.
Firmwares: https://www.bq.com/en/support/aquaris-x5-plus/support-sheet
BQ kernel source Github: https://github.com/bq/aquaris-X5-plus/
And a github repository whose source code backtracks up to Kenzo: https://github.com/x5plus-dev
Spanish forum discussion with CM 13.0 for that phone: http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=1262607
Note that this phone is sold in Europe, so it uses the same bands as Kate, albeit with a different baseband version with Galileo enabled.
Any clues if it would be possible and what should have to be modified? NON-HLOS.bin, GNSS related libraries? The phone does not have VoLTE support, or at least it is not listed by BQ as a feature. On the other hand it as NFC.
Any news?
Kenzo/Kate support Galileo GNSS?
Thanks.
Hello! I'm on a carrier that supports LTE-A 2CA between Band3 and Band7. I saw on the miui forums that it's not possible to use this feature. My question: Is there anybody with any custom rom that can use 4G+ between 1800 and 2600? I don't want to install a custom rom just for this..Thank you very much!
Hello. I have a broken RN4 Global (mido) with B20 LTE band support. May I buy a broken RN4X (also mido, but without the B20 LTE band support) without a motherboard to change it? Will all the plugs be interchargeable?
As the SOC Snapdragon 855+ supports 5G and RM X3 SZ with 855+, will it supports 5G in future with software update or it is not built with concerned hardware??
Snapdragon 855+ supports 5G only with external X50 modem chip which Realme X3 lacks. Realme X3 doesn´t support 5G and never will.
