I buy today honor 9 4gb/64 storage and on scrolling lag.
I set last firmware on firmware finder B180 and factory reset but is lag only.
Wtf my p9 lite is dont lag on scrolling what is this problem?
On charged this problem is fix ,on disconnect is lag again WTF !

But the good thing from Christophe Coutelle, EMUI Dev is

Yeah you are definetly going to brick your mate 10 lite if you "manage" to install regular mate 10 Oreo. So you should wait for official update.

Yes. Its totally fine now. It was because (i believe) i use 132 version due to new update arrived me 5 minutes ago. Now I'm running 133 and its updating. C185 latest available 133. Its far behind than others i hate that.
Just had this problem on my rooted Mate 10 with help of Magisk. I tried hiding root from Google play but it didn't help. Then I cleared cache for playstore and it has changed its mind. Now Instagram has been installed.

Yes this is global version. Got as prize. Got 2 uodates via hisuites.
